The food was the worst McDonalds ever ate at. I’m really getting tired of the quality of service and the food at McDonals. You need new management at these locations. Not young kids ruining the place. Pay more and you’ll get better leadership. The sandwich was burnt all the way around with a half piece of bacon, and the pancakes had half of it missing . Seriously!

This McDonalds in Irwin is a special location to visit. It is the birthplace of the famed Big Mac ! And there is a museum dedicated to the burger on site with some nostalgic memorabilia and a historical timeline to read up on how the Big Mac was invented and grew in popularity. It’s definitely a must visit for lovers of pop culture and fast food enthusiasts. Of course, kids will love the extra fun atmosphere and the super sized burger in the play place.
When we visited our meals were prepared hot and fresh. Service was average. The dining area was pretty clean. I’d definitely visit again.

7 pm on a Saturday night, doors locked. Are you kidding me. Especially during Xmas shopping season when people are out shopping. 1 more note. At least put a sign on the doors, so you don’t make people walk around the building and try both doors. Big failure tonight. Wendy’s got my $50 for my family.

This place is a joke. There was drinks half filled up like milkshakes that was half milk shake half cream and the girl paid for a large and it came in a medium cup. Food was ehhh fries super cold. Drinks were messed up and not what we ordered. This is on 10/10/25 the staff was acting up and not paying attention. I would rather have my money back

I did curbside pick up. All the spots were full with empty cars..so apparently they were dine in. So I had to just put in the number I was closest to then wave down the employee. Fries were overdone and extra salty.

Gave us raw chicken. Went back and politely asked for a refund, the manager was extremely rude and almost didn’t give us anything our money back. This place needs investigated for safety. Could’ve made someone really sick. Never going here again.

Got a pickup order from this McDonald’s the delivery lady was very nice. The breakfast english mufflin meal with a orange juice was perfect. I definitely recommend this McDonald’s just wish their prices were a little lower.

This is my go to McDonald’s. The staff are very nice and my order is always accurate. I drive miles out of my way to go here, since it is the polar opposite of the horrible Olympia McKeesport location.
