Wait times are averaging about 15 minutes for delivery drivers. Their employees seem to be nice and hard working. However, something they could fix is checking if the delivery driver is there once they package the food. I’ve stood there at least 10 times as my food was already made and completed and it put me behind another 10 minutes. Other than that it’s one of the better McDonald’s when it comes to employees working together.

This is truly the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in Pittsburgh! The staff is very friendly and attentive, always with a smile. The food is fresh and tasty, orders are prepared quickly. Clean and cozy place. Always a pleasure to stop by here. Definitely recommend!

So glad the Snack Wrap is finally back! I’ve been waiting for this moment for way too long. The wrap was fresh, perfectly crispy, and hit the spot for a late-night craving. Service was quick, and everything was just right. Please never take it off the menu again!!

The food was very yummy, but for some reason, my server wouldn’t get me water. I ordered four small waters, cause I didn’t have any money, but I was really thirsty, and my friend was too, but for some reason, he instead of talking to me just printed out the receipt and threw it away and acted like he did something. I then continued to order one more water in which he printed out the receipt and threw it away.

They need to get on the same page with their procedures. I don’t care what part of your process I ask for a water at.what a customer doesn’t deserve is a depressing little woman being passive aggressive and in the absolute rudest tone telling me order water at the front, hahaha but when I do that guess what they tell me! Order at the window…Where the hell has customer service gone. If you don’t like being in the customer service industry idk maybe don’t work with the public.

You have to double check if they gave you your sauce pretty much every time at this place. You literally pay for the sauce in the meal price and they don’t even give them to you. Same with other small items like straws or napkins. They’re just missing half the time. It’s annoying.

Ordered breakfast on the app for pickup at 10:25am, spend 20 minutes in the drive thru line waiting to pick up my food, only to be told that it was too late for breakfast even though I had already ordered and paid for the food? I will be disputing the charges because I was never refunded for the food that I wasn’t given even though the manager said that I was. Not sure if this is new management or something because I’ve never had an issue with this McDonald’s before.
