Come to this location frequently always greeted with very poor customer service and unfriendly staff members. When I order an açai bowl I’m always given smaller portions compared to any other location I’ve ever been to. Staff members act like they don’t want to serve you.

I’ve been coming to this location for about three years and usually enjoy my experience, but my most recent online order yesterday at 6:00 PM was very disappointing.
First, when I arrived to pick up my order, I was never greeted or acknowledged by anyone, which was unusual compared to past visits. On top of that, my order was wrong. I ordered my usual — the hummus veggie wrap — which has always been just vegetables. Instead, it came with chicken inside. This made the meal completely inedible for me, and it’s frustrating because this is one of the few items I consistently rely on here.
After years of good experiences, it was disheartening to have such a basic mistake happen, paired with the lack of customer service. I truly hope this was just an off night, but it left me questioning the consistency and attention to detail at this location.

I really liked the (pita type) wrap on the Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread. We didn’t like the sauce on the Thai Chicken wrap.
They had a lot of staff working, so food came out fairly quickly.

Picked up my order and instead of being friendly and just telling my order is ready Frederick decides to basically lecture me and tell me my food has been waiting and then after getting it he’s like is that all, knowing I had ordered drinks and I say I had 2 drinks and he says I know y’all always leave them for one I was not with door dash or Uber I was just trying to get my meal. You shouldn’t have to be interrogated to pick up a smoothie, look at my receipt and give me what I ordered without trying to tell me I’m doing something wrong.

Chia Banana Blast was great if you like all the things it comes with: chia seeds, dates, coconut, oatmeal, banana, and either peanut butter or strawberries and I chose strawberries. I like strawberry banana smoothies but typically want some kind of grains mixed in as it’s important to me to stay regular, even if I’m not limiting my sugar very well. The prices for smoothies are higher than I’ve ever seen for this chain, but it looks like they’ve added some interesting food options I would try some time.
