It’s simply horrible. The lady at the drive-through got mouthy with the customer in front of me. I had a mobile order and didn’t need my receipt and moved toward the pickup window. She scolded me the paying customer. Well then, I got my order, which was a steak bagel with an additional rounded egg and no cheese. All I got was a bagel with cheese and a rounded egg mind you I paid an additional $2.49 for!This place does not do well under pressure, nor can they read orders correctly.

This location often messes up orders. Forgets dipping sauce, straws, whole sandwiches, wrong toppings, etc. Buy the time you get home and realize, your angry and don’t want to drive back. They are not very apologetic. They will throw your name in a notebook to give you that missing product for free next time. This is likely typical for the whole chain a they have people typically working their first jobs and I suspect a high employee turn over rate. The food isn’t great for you. But for some reason, it still tastes pretty good. I suggest always double checking your order before pulling away.

Incredibly SLOW. From ordering my food at the drive thru to pulling out of the parking lot was a total of 30 minutes!!! Another time I ordered a sprite and it was nothing but soda water. Yuck! Seems like they were just taking their jolly, sweet time not paying attention to the line of 6 cars behind me. Stay away from here if possible.

I came here and ordered a large frappe and medium fries, and got them in 2 minutes (wasn’t busy), but still, nice!
I get my frappe and notice that theres whip cream on the inside? Huh? And poor drizzle job. Look, I know youre a minimum wage worker, coming from a fellow one, but WHAT THE HECK WAS THAT DRIZZLE JOB. DISRESPECTFUL. HELL NAH.
And my fries were cold 🙁

Most employees at most McDonalds are not people friendly but Amanda, at this location was amazing. She smiled, she spoke, she laughed, and she was wonderful. She should be a team leader and train others how to be pleasant to the customers. She deserves a raise!!

This location in Farmington is a hit or miss on fastness. Sometimes the drive through goes quickly and other times the drive through is backed up. The employees are very nice at the window. I have had to go inside to get my order hoping it would be faster with my mobile order but it wasn’t. No one actnolged me standing there waiting and when I was finally asked about my order it still wasn’t ready and I had to wait longer. Another time I went in after changing my mobile order from drive through to pick up inside I was waiting, again no one acknowledged me but a manager who looked like he was on break and asked me if I was picking up a mobile order and he got it for me quickly. So over all slow at times but it’s a good location.

Its McDonald’s so….. but I have to say, whatever they’re serving for orange juice is gross. Watered down orange colored liquid. Staff is great, service is prompt, just avoid whatever that is.
