Ordered cheese and bean burrito, they were so sad (small). I asked for jalapeno easy and they put it spicy… not to mention (or should) a piece of meat among my burritos, why called veggie cravings if it has pieces of meat around the bag. Drive-thru does not mean to rush it and give poor quality to customer. I ordered many times from taco bell in other places, never had this experience.

I have been a loyal customer at this location for quite some time, but after today’s experience, my family and I will not be returning.

The customer service was unacceptable. The mobile app rewards are clearly advertised and promoted, yet when I attempted to redeem a reward, the manager (Lavel or Lavon) told me he “did not know how to use the app,” and therefore I would not be able to use it. He acknowledged that he could see the reward on my account but stated he had never used the app and didn’t know what to tell me.

A manager not knowing how to honor company promotions is already concerning. What was worse was the attitude—he was dismissive, standoffish, and made no effort to resolve the issue or find someone who could assist. Leadership sets the tone, and unfortunately, the rest of the staff mirrored that same lack of urgency and care.

When a business advertises rewards and incentives, customers should not be penalized because management is untrained or unwilling to help. That reflects a serious breakdown in training and accountability.

I chose not to argue in the moment, especially when it comes to food service, but this experience was disappointing enough to warrant sharing. I hope corporate leadership takes this feedback seriously and ensures managers are properly trained to support the programs the company promotes.

Last time I ordered a crunch wrap it was awful with no meat, only lettuce and tomatoes. This time (today) the food was excellent and a polite young man named Mike was very respectful and even called my husband “sir” . A rarity now a days!

With respect, I ordered lunch from Taco Bell through DoorDash, and while the experience was convenient, it was a bit disappointing. The taco meat was cold, and the hard shell taco was soggy—not as crispy and crunchy as advertised, which was a letdown.

That said, I want to thank the Taco Bell staff for their efforts, especially during this time when having a delivery option is such a blessing while I’m healing from my second breast cancer surgery. I also really appreciated that everything was sealed and secure, with clear evidence of no tampering—it gave me peace of mind about my food.

A big shoutout to the DoorDash driver for respecting the sign on my door regarding my Pomeranian. His care and thoughtfulness made a difference. While the food didn’t fully meet expectations, the convenience and attention to detail made the experience manageable.

Wanted to try the Taki fries, really good and tasty. Fast service food was made hot and fresh . Drive thru was great no wait!

poor, slow, unconcerned service. Food was ok. Some seemed old. Dirty tables in the dining room and the pipe in the parking lot hidden by an overgrown tree. Not very welcoming.

Was picking up an order, and said “hey” several times to get their attention, but they ignored me. I saw that the order was already made, so I went and grabbed it and confirmed the order. As soon as I was near my car, the employee runs out of the building and scolds me for having the audacity to do my job. The guy was frightening. I seriously don’t understand how you can ignore someone and then question why they never talked to you.

The mexican pizza taste awful. It tastes like the tortilla was expired. Money wasted. They should retrain the cookers because they don’t know nothing about safe food.

Most people don’t dine in at fast food places they don’t have time it seems. Food was typical Taco Bell. The new krave boxes are good deals.

I ordered a meal to go and only 5 minutes away, when I started eating the shell of the Chalupa was so hard I couldn’t even eat it, the worst I ever had.
