Placed an order with this location and after spending 30 dollars and waiting for 20 minutes this is completely unacceptable. How wasn’t my burger fresh? The photo attached looks like this cheese burger has been sitting for hours. Not to mention you have workers there who don’t even wear their uniform. Grill workers need to get to work instead of flirting with their co workers.

It’s Friday at 6:30, not one person handing out food, then two employees walk out the bathroom together. Probably smoking a weed pen in the bathroom. As they were working the front and both thought it was a good idea to go to the bathroom at the same time .
My Hot and spicy was old, dry and bearly luke warm. Fry’s were soggy, oily, under cooked and look pale white. Funny thing is they literally have a timer for the fries! But they don’t care.
It was not very busy as there were two cars in drivethu and one other customer waiting. Come on you can at least properly cook the food. Then got two whole napkins with my meal (the equivalent of two pieces of toilet paper) go to grab more & no one has refilled napkins in ages it’s empty.
Do not come to this location drive 5 more minutes north and go to the one on Delaware and Sheridan. Avoid this at all costs, they simply do not care and are all clearly so lazy. I will be reporting my experience to corporate.

Only mobile orders when going to the drive thru fine. I pull over come back and it’s only for Uber and door dash? They make it very difficult to place an order. Lazy work I see. What do they expect to do during their shift? Chill? Makes absolutely no sense that they’re open at all. I will be calling the store manager in the morning.

What can I say? I like fast food occasionally and the burger chains do the trick. I grew up on Big Macs and Quarter Pounders with Cheese. Add a large fries and I’m in heaven. I do not recommend a steady diet of this stuff, though. Hungry for something quick and greasy? Then pull up to your nearest drive-thru!

Rudest staff ever needed help with the order machine since they refuse to take your order with a person, I did not receive help or able to speak to anyone they ignore you when you try to ask for assistance. bathroom nasty In woman’s both toilets filled with poo, they took a bite of my McDouble before serving it to me and what in the world did they do to my nuggets! So soggy and disgusting Uhg never make this mistake coming here again.

I am absolutely shocked. The cleanliness of this mcdonald’s is below standard— i question how it would pass health inspection. The customer service is close to horrible… I am an employee myself and I have never met any employees with such ignorance, the cashier fell asleep mid order and was highly disrespectful. I went to the washroom prior to getting my phone and an employee was there on their phone just standing there, as well as poop smeared on the toilet, and the reeking smell of weed. I believe as a corporation you should hold your dynamics at a higher standard. Do better.

Shame. I just wanted a coffee. She hands it to me ice cold. As if they dont know coffee is supposed to be hot. I ask for the manager. He just looks at me and never acknowledged what I said. I normally dont get angry but wow. Ill never come here again. Then they thought it was funny.

The food is good when you get it. Today was the apocalypse. No eggs ok fine still why you kept us waiting forever when only 2 people in drive-through this after the rude attitude of the lady taking orders but I will give her grace because while others where talking and roaming around she was actually working and telling people to please make the food. She made my coffee but did not hand it to me just kept taking orders .I had to leave I was going to be late for work. I was the only at the window for a long time . So not sure why the delay. The car before me left too. So we both paid and had no food.
