Five Guys Restaurants offer consistent quality across the brand. Their food is always hot and freshly made. No dry burgers and stale buns served here. When you order a burger, you choose your size and exactly what you want on it. They even offer grilled onions…yummmm! You will not find that at most chain brands. And I have to tell you about the fries. When you get a large, you get a LOT of fries served in the bottom of a brown bag. Rip it open and let the whole family enjoy these hot, seasoned perfect every time and place homestyle (with the skin for extra fiber) fries.
If you aren’t a burger person, they also have great hotdogs served your way as well.
With food this good you may have to wait a short while but it will be worth it. Dine in or carry out.

My son actually got a burger and fries. He shared the fries and I must say, they were some of the best I’ve ever had. He really enjoyed the cheeseburger, so I’ll go by his word. I’m not a burger fan though I’ll have one occasionally. The prices are high but since you get what you pay for, he said it was a high quality cheeseburger, so next time I get the urge, I’m going to give them a try and get more fries

We have always thought Five Guys has the best burgers and fries in town but not anymore. Our visit this past week was very disappointing. The fries were awful. They tasted like they had been re-fried. They were so crunchy and greasy inside, plus they were all little pieces of potatoes. For the price we pay, nearly $38 for 2 little cheeseburgers, 2 drinks and a regular size fries, not worth it. We even tipped! We usually get so many fries we can’t eat them all but not this time, we picked out the edible ones which wasn’t many. Seems like different staff now. Where is the friendly older black man that was always there to take your order?? Maybe In and Out burgers will be better.

Consistent burger joint. Fries are fresh cut and the best they offer in my opinion. What makes the burgers good is not the meat necessarily as there’s not much of that on the smaller Burgers but the fresh cold ingredients stacked on top 🙂

Male Manager is always great, but the asian/latina looking lady with glasses on is lazy & looks miserable being here. Everytime i call to place an order, she puts me on hold. I pull up & nobody is in the store & im still on hold. She is the only employee who puts me on hold. All others employees take my order within a few minutes. Shes lazy

Fives guys got three strikes. This has been the third time I’ve been there. It is way over priced for what you get. Tonight I ordered a little bacon cheese burger, a regular drink and a large order if fries. The burger was okay but just warm, not hot. I got tea for my drink half sweet, half unsweet with a lemon wedge. The tea was good and the lemon seemed fresh. The fries, well the fries just plain sucked! They were barely warm and soggy. I think I tried to eat 5 or 6 but ended up throwing the whole bag away. I can honestly say I try to give places a couple of chances before I write them off. Well like I said in my opening statement FIVE GUYS GOT THREE STRIKES. I will not be going back. Oh yes, my order again ” a little bacon cheese burger, a regular drink and a large fry. My cost was nearly $18. I could have gotten a steak dinner at one of my favorite resturants for that.

The most overpriced self-service burger chain I have ever been to. As to “self-service,” why do they prompt you for a tip if they’re not providing any table service?

Traumatize needless to say found a coin at the bottom of my fries first time ever having five guys. I immediately let the manager know she was very nice and just as shocked as me replaced my fries & $10 off card .. still was shocked what happened.

#1 Burger place! Hands down! Absolutely the most delicious, juicy burger I have ever had my life!! It’s kinda pricey but well worth it!

Got a burger with nearly raw bacon on it. Asked for grilled onions and got raw onion chunks. Fried were vastly overseasoned and dead cold. Very disappointing as this used to be one of the better burger places around.
