4th time I have eaten here. Service has gone down and wait times have gone up. They are using a Yelp app for virtual wait times. Go early and or join Yelp virtual line very early, especially if going early. They no longer have a soft serve ice cream, now ready to go ice cream pre packed. Our server was extremely rude. They told us we would wait a few minutes but it took close to 1 hour. The broths are on point! Any can be made veggie and non bone broth. Bring your appetite as it’s pricy. They have a salad bar, buffet with some items. The star is the different meats.

This establishment is clean, modern, fun, easy to get to/park. Accommodates small and large groups a like. Highest level of quality – highly recommend the Wagyu and the lamb. The buffet sides are fresh and kept at safe / appropriate temperatures. Service is attentive, hospitable, and non-invasive. Value is very high and music is upbeat and adds to the experience. I drive 40min-1hr to enjoy a meal here.

The happy lamb is a great deal they give you so much food for only $30 each . And theres so many sides without the meat I almost wish you could buy a sides plate. Soft drinks and ice cream is included. The wait was super long on a friday night but the text and call system was great and they gave us free drinks for the wait ( over 1 hour) . The music was a bit too loud ( but it was good music ) overall this is a great hot pot place. The decorations are top tier

Second time for a hot pot experience. I enjoyed the broths that we choose. (Mushroom beef/ spicy beef.) True to their advertising, the broths were savory enough to not need dipping sauces, although there were ingredients available for dipping. Everything was fresh and the AYCE area was clean and maintained.

I put my name on the waiting list about 30 minutes before arriving, and we were seated right away when we got there. The table space was a bit tight, but they quickly brought us a side table, which was very convenient. It was perfect for a quick weekend lunch. (For reference, on my first visit for dinner on a weekend, even with the waiting list, we had to wait for two hours. Going during the day was much less crowded and more enjoyable.)

Really good experience here. The service was on point and the staff were friendly the whole time. Food came out fast and everything tasted fresh, which is always a big plus for hot pot.The guy with glasses who helped us was especially great. Very attentive, checked on us often, and made sure we were taken care of without being over the top.Overall a solid place with good service and quality food. Would definitely come back again.

This place was amazing! They seated our really large group. The place got us lamb and beef really quick. Like the moment we started running out they brought more back. This is great especially since the place was packed! The lamb was really fatty and flavorful too. It was quite amazing
FYI in this place you grab most of the stuff, you just get the meat served to you. They also take away the plates relatively quickly too. We never had a stack of plates more than 2 plates tall.

I guess I have to write a road map for the recent newbies that wrote bad reviews just because they didn’t do it right. You walk in, get seated, order either the classic or the premium hot pot buffet, and order what kind of broth and meat you want. $7 difference, might as well go premium. After you order, you go to the buffet area to make your own sauce, get drinks, veggies, meats, desserts, etc. The person that just sat there and did nothing, did it all wrong. By the time you come back, the meat you ordered from the beginning will be there. You can order as much as you want.
By the way, we went on a weeknight, so the waitlist off Yelp was very low. Use Yelp or the IPad inside to get on the waitlist. Service was very attentive. We got our meat fast and they came back often to clear off the empty plates. Parking was ample, you can find additional parking in the back. I recommend coming on a weeknight vs weekend. If you come on the day of your birthday, your meal is free. Please let your server know as soon as you sit down. Quality of the food was great, I’ll have to come more often.
