Let me tell you, had a rough morning and so I decided to get some breakfast, and so I ordered through drive-thru.. okay got 1/2 my order so I came back and spoke with the person that took my order and told me to pull around, then I didn’t even get a complete order… very disappointed, not sure if there isn’t communication going on or what but need to make sure whole order is complete. Im not going back the third time. Very unsatisfied.

The girl who was working the pay here window on Easter at approximately 8:30 in the morning was an absolute joy. She was very warm and inviting and had the greatest smile. It is great to see customer service like this. The manager could take tips on this !

Beware this mcdonald’s charges you for a meal and only gives u 1/3 of the meal when entering the drive thru.. Not the place to go when on a break cause u wind up having to go back if you don’t check your bag,, a A real joke for a wanna be fast food chain.. Had to give 1 star to get the remark out.. They deserve -5.. Will never go back!!!!!

If you pay cash (in my case in the drive through) here watch out. My total was $17.69, I gave the cashier $20.70 to make the change as close to $3 even ($3.01, keep the penny). The cashier proceeds to log that I gave her just a $20, making my change $2.31, she then only gave me $2 even. No matter what I was getting short changed. The register does the math for you, how do you mess that up!? At least my order was given to me correctly.

Check your DRIVE THRU ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE !!! Drove half way down the road and it was the WRONG ORDER Then I was told it’s my fault BY THE RUDE Little girl ..! How hard was it to put two filet o Fish on one bun ? All 6 “cast members “ couldn’t figure out what I meant … I paid for two sandwiches and asked for them to just put it on one bun like a double cheeseburger and No one could figure it out .. Ty for sending me down the road this morning with my 5 creams and sugars in a bag instead of in my coffee ! Real convenience for me to pull over and make my coffee in my car , and no stir stick too boot ! I went to the counter to order. 4 or 5 employees were standing around talking to each other. No one was in the drive thru. I was their only customer. They ignored me. After a couple minutes, I saw the kiosks so I went ahead and ordered myself. I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I do not know what they did to the biscuit, but it was hard on the outside and dense on the inside. It did not resemble any biscuit I’ve had from McDonald’s before.

Very disappointed. Every single time I have gone this week it has been one thing or another. Today I waited to pay for 5 min. I was the only car there. I asked for my iced coffee w cream and sugar and whipped cream. The handed it over with no sugar no cream and without the whipped cream. At this point I’m better off just letting them give me what they want as they always do anyway. We also waited for our meal for about 5 minutes just to get old stale fries. Days ago similar thing happened except the worker handing out the food was bothered all my order was wrong when I asked for whipped cream which I had already ordered she pulled my drink out of my hand and when I asked for ketchups she pretty much tossed them at my hand and a lot of them fell to the ground . Ridiculous these people don’t listen the order on the receipt is correct but they chose to give you whatever they want. Coffees have been so bad and bitter. It’s horrible. Seriously McDonald’s I think you have lost a long term customer.
