Reviews
Unfortunately, today’s experience was horrible. I spent about $40 ordering food for myself and my coworkers. Although a gentleman kindly blessed me by paying for the meal, that doesn’t take away from the fact that the experience itself was completely disappointing.
When I first arrived, I was told they didn’t have wings because the heater was broken and that it would take 25 minutes. Since I was on a 30-minute break, I decided to settle for chicken strips instead, trusting the quality because I’ve had them before.
Less than a minute after leaving the parking lot, I bit into one of the biscuits from the six-piece meal and it was rock hard—completely inedible. The wedges were also overcooked. I was extremely frustrated.
Once I returned to work, I called the restaurant and spoke with a young man who I initially thought was the manager, but later learned was a cook. He spoke as if he were management and said that when I came back, they would “take the loss.” That statement really bothered me because the loss was mine—I was the customer who paid for the meal, regardless of whose money was used.
When I went back after work, instead of remaking the entire order or offering a sincere apology, they gave me only two wings, six biscuits, and the same bad wedges. The interaction made me feel as if they assumed I couldn’t afford the food, which was never the issue. The issue was quality and customer service.
I’ve included photos of the wings so you can clearly see what was served. I don’t know if this restaurant is going downhill, but based on this experience, I give it a zero out of zero. I had recommended this place to my coworkers, but I will be letting them know otherwise.
Management needs to speak with the cooks about customer service and ensure they are not serving biscuits that have been sitting out and are no longer fresh. The manager and the GM Emily, the manager and Matt, the GM this used to be a 10 out of 10 recommend but at this point this is a zero out of zero do not go. Please talk to your cooks and your staff so that they can give the customers better experience than the one I encountered today.
No flavor to the chicken please get the little boys out of your kitchen That’s sat and talk the whole time.
The young lady said that she pushed on the biscuit to make sure it was soft, but she should’ve done was tested. The edge is not the middle.
And to make those employees, totally aware, I have to throw everything in the garbage. I didn’t even eat it. I was so disappointed. Just got this food about 1520 minutes ago.
Sadly, the chicken tenders either sat quite a while or were simply overdone. They were hard to eat because they were very dry. The biscuit looked good but was very doughy. Those should have been cooked a bit longer which would have been easy considering how long i waited for the wings.
It’s a mixed review. Fried chicken and wings are good size and tasty. The rest, hopefully better in the future.
The wings seem a bit pricey but they were HUGE and very good! Salad was very fresh and great
