This is a week day lunch hr. 11:59 . I waited for a long time in the drive thru which is understandable it’s lunchtime, they are busy. I finally ordered, payed, I get my order. I drive away only to realize my fries are stone cold. How can this be when they are this busy. Do they make them ahead and let them sit there. They were disgusting. Cheeseburger was supposed to have no pickles, surprise first bite, , I hate pickles besides the cold burger. I think I will have to take my business elsewhere. This was just a waste of time and money

Horrible service. You can tell what you want and they forgot within a second. I had to repeat my order three times. At that point I was just laughing. The fries or lack there of fries. Literally like empty containers. Fish sandwich was dry indicating it’s old. I probably won’t ever go back unless I didn’t have a choice. Fast food restaurants have gone gone down hill.

Placed the order and got wrong thing ..no big deal until I asked for the correct items they were rude and never apologized for inconvenience of having to wait yet another 10 min to get food. The emplyee who looked half lit smirked when he sad he had to tell the manager. I have always been polite and never had been given such a hard time over their mistakes. I just wanted what I paid for without the drama of people thinking I’m conspirering to steel food. They can keep it and I will go to Washington mills mcdonalds where they treat and give you the correct order and if not don’t act like complete jerks!

Every single time driving through the drive thru, they mess the order up. Yesterday, no different. Ordered items and got to window they hand out the items as they were busy, and you pulled away and noticed items missing. We’ve called many times, and it seems to never get resolved. Employees look like they hate their jobs, and management seems to just be “friends” to the employees and not their managers. This guaranteed happens way more often than not, and others just don’t speak up. This McDonald’s is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

They have four self checkout kiosks at this location now. My mobile order still took 11 mins, from the minute I checked in, to complete. With all these advancements in how orders are taken in, one would one think the speed at which orders are fulfilled would also be up to par–it’s not. Here’s some food for thought, allow me to set when I will be picking up my food and have it ready for the designated time; this is how Five Guys does it, never had a problem with it. Get with the program McDonald’s (see what I did there?)

The fries were old and barely warm, the Big Mac was ok not as good as it should be. Best part of the meal was the root beer. The drive through at the Rte 5 location in New Hartford always takes forever. Nothing is fast about this fast food location.
