At first it started out as 2 missing orders of fries which is fine, they were very busy and understaffed. Not the end of the world. My issue was arriving at 9:23 and not being helped until 9:58 by a kid who knew I hadn’t been helped yet because he tried to stand in line behind me before getting called back to work. I sat in the 30 minutes in the like you would think 20 chicken nuggets would be ready. Now we will wait another 20 mins at good ole spot #1. Where is the baby sitter? Because these kids can’t do their job.

I am fed up at this point. The staff gossips instead of taking care of customers. The food is always wrong. I’m over it. Get it together start doing your job or someone needs to start firing people. Cold food isn’t what I want and maybe if you start working instead of talking about your boyfriend I’d get hot food

The Drive thru is only way to get service. Doors are locked. They couldn’t get my order correct. After 20 minute wait, a half cooked hash brown was delivered to my parked car.

2 large diet cokes, 25 minutes in line , place is pathetic. They NEVER have any orange juice in the morning anymore, always out of something. We can complain all we want, they’ll never fix it.

Awful service! I ordered two plain Shamrock shakes online, and then after doing so, decided to just add to my order once in line at the drive through. They always ask if you want to add something to the order. So, I added some chicken nuggets and a medium fry. When I went forward to pay, the lady only handed me one receipt for the shakes. I explained to her that I had just ordered the two other things over the intercom, and she was very sweet so I kinda brushed off the whole thing. The guy that took the order came over and they were whispering some stuff, to which the lady replied for me to pull forward, since he was just going to have me pay where you usually pick up food. Doing so, I met up with this younger girl who only gave me the shakes. I mentioned, once again, about the other two items and she talked to the guy that took my order (he was standing doing something in the background). Then she proceeded to tell me that I DIDNT order anything else. I tried to explain to her that maybe the guy didn’t put it in and that I could wait in the parking lot for it, but she kept shutting me down. Finally, I gave up and left. I’m a full time college student with enough on my hands, and I really shouldn’t have to go through this bs! I get having a rough day or being busy, but full on refusing a customer? What great service.

Opens later than it states . Always have to pull forward to wait even if ordering one thing . The franchise owner apparently doesn’t care after seeing the reviews. Maybe time for corporate to step in , this place is as gross as the staff that work there. Lazy is not the word to describe them it has to be worse!

This place has gone down hill fast over the years. Lobby always dirty when I come , not to mention missing plate coverings for the outlits in the lobby. Food takes long time to get. I wanted the 2 for 6 deal and person at register had no clue and couldn’t figure it out so I just got mybm daughter a happy meal and left.
