The service here is pathetic! Every time I order a Large French Fries, they fill the container only halfway. (Pic attached!) You see in the commercials, they have the container overflowing! But then i’m given a Medium Fries for the price of a Large one. It wasn’t always like this. Something changed in the last couple years, and all portions have become undersized.

The worst McDonalds in America. Every time I have ever gone there they get the order wrong. Never again. They have dirty and sloppily dressed workers that are making your food. They get so many complaints here the management no longer replies to emails. Who even knows what they are doing to your food here. Should be closed for being a Health Hazard. I am sure the owner of this franchise also is a slum lord too. Never again. Protect your health and eat out of a garbage can instead.

I wish we had never stopped here. It was terrible. We were on our way to catch a plane. Grab a quick coffee on way. Asked for black decaf. I am allergic to dairy, and can’t have sugar. They didn’t have any made. They said pull out front. It’ll be 3 minutes. 10 minutes later. We went in…had to wait another 5 minutes…got in the car…going down the road…open the coffee…it’s got cream and sugar…I can’t even drink it. They should just close the place…it’s awful.

The rare times the order is correct, the food is decent as far as McDonalds goes. Service is unorganized and incompetent. The kiosk never accepts card payments, so you have to wait 5 minutes for someone to actually come to the counter.

Store manager under staffing store two – three employers working 7:00 ay night over a half hour to order a happy meal and 45 mins to recieve it these area stores service is going down hill and no wonder they are falling in fast foods even most owner manager don’t want to work to improve or better their stores. No soda..or fountain drink at all…burnt bacon on my quarter pounder when I finally got it and no bbq sauce to top it all off and they forgot half of it so I had to ask again. Soda usually taste like water when I come here anyway….

Stopped here in January 2023 to get a smoothie for my elderly mother and was told the smoothie machine was broken. Stopped back on 3/31/23 to get a vanilla shake for my son who had just had some dental work done and was told they could not make shakes. Won’t bother coming back.

Just because it’s a fast food restaurant doesn’t mean the food has to be made sloppy. Your burgers are either dry or too seasoned. The placement is always lopsided. I don’t eat cardboard or wrappers. So, please put the condiment where it belongs. Centered on the bun. As with the cheese. Your employees want $15 plus an hour. And, you have them make your food like they live at home. Btw, change the frier oil. Fish and chicken should never be deep fried in the same grease. In fact, change your frier oil routinely. It actually shows. And, it’s not just this franchise, either. It’s all chains of Micky D’s. Stop being lazy. There are bodies there that are just there for a paycheck. They could care less about higher learning. They will do the bare minimum just enough to make their presence is known.
