Wait times are crazy. Was in the drive thru one week during lunch, they forgot to turn off the mics and the entire drive thru could hear them fighting about “slow down taking orders”, etc. it cannot get any slower here! Also, consistently getting the wrong drinks and stuff missing from happy meals. Also, just went tonight and this is the LARGE fry that came in his meal.

I went here to pick up a breakfast order. I used the mobile app. They didn’t have a single item available, except for the drinks. I asked them to cancel the order. (After being stuck in line for 30 minutes……) They stated they did…. They did not. Now I am out 30 dollars for 3 drinks and 30 minutes of my life. Thanks McDonalds!

This has to be the worst location ever. They never get the orders correct, the food is always cold and nasty. They never give you what you pay for. This place should be closed. Or fire everyone and start over. Especially when they have all young kids back there doing whatever they want. Smh do better McDonald’s

At a person who lives here in Mechanicville and gets food from here often this place really is a nice place to eat on a good day. The staff working is usually pretty friendly especially Stephen, Levi, Tom, and Caleb. Sometimes they can be packed and it does effect the workplace and stress. But overall it’s not that bad of a place. Just gotta focus more on getting orders right and staying on top of things. Also fix the machines lol. I would like a frappe soon.

Levi and Caleb are literally the best!! Always so sweet, kind, caring! Can’t say enough about them! There is another gentlemen that works and I have not gotten his name yet in the afternoon but so polite and amazing! We need more of them!

Food was fine. Staff are great. But the issue is the amount of yellow jackets and wasps around the place right now. They are hyper aggressive. Beware if you walk in or roll down your window at the drive through!

McDonald’s has truly gone downhill with this owner. This location is by far the worst! Has been this way since 2019. Food is always slapped together, missing from bag, speed of service is horrendous. Maybe if the supervisors stopped worrying about a bonus; the restaurants would be able to staff correctly, engage with customers, and focus on quality. Customers want accuracy and team members that are enthusiastic about their job!

Placed a mobile order. Frape Machine was “down”. They couldn’t issue a refund. I used to work at a McDonald’s it’s the easiest job in the world all you do is put the parts back in. Also ordered 6 sausage egg McMuffins that were rock hard and stale. And the eggs were green from sitting so long.

Store doors open. Board has mobile orders as in process. After waiting 5 plus minutes to see a person, guy comes out and says we’re not open computer issue. All of the customers leave. Place is usually barely functional normally. Hopefully they won’t be open ever again. Lol.

A decent spot for a quick meal, but it can be hit or miss. The food is usually what you expect from McDonald’s, but service can be slow at times, especially during peak hours. The drive-thru could be more efficient, and the cleanliness inside could use some improvement. That said, it’s a convenient place to grab a bite when you’re in a hurry. Hopefully, they work on consistency!
