Got an uncooked burger from here. Completely raw. Got one bite in and looked down when I realized something was wrong. Don’t know how it happened, but it’s a first after years of eating fast food.

Ordered 3 meals to eat in. They forgot the fries on one order; they then served 2 other customers while I waited for the 3rd fries which were available – all they had to do was pick them up and give them to me. Also, I ordered a #2 meal – DOUBLE Quarter Pounder, but only got a regular Quarter Pounder (with the bun, pickles, and cheese placed half off the burger). When I voiced my displeasure and returned my single QP, the woman at the counter gave me an attitude. They never offered to exchange it or give me a refund. Granted, I didn’t demand it, but they made absolutely NO attempt to satisfy me. Extremely incompetent and NO customer focus. The manager was extremely rude, yelled at me and blamed ME for their getting my order wrong. He took no ownership for his incompetent staff. Then, as I was leaving, he grinned and facetiously kept saying “Have a nice day” like it was some kind of joke. Based on previous reviews and my own experience, the manager should be fired (that’s him in the picture). I will never visit this location again!

First time at this location, and let me tell you the manager was out standing. Dealing w bratty teens isn’t easy, not everyone is cut out to be patient and at the same time keep it cool to serve with a smile. I was an assistant teacher and I know that these teens were just pushing buttons. But he went above and beyond with his service. Thank you and when we are in your town again we will hopefully see you again. God bless.

Friday 7:49pm The manager at rt. 111 Hauppauge has a very bad manner to custmer. Refuse to honor the Friday free French fry on mobile order. And refused to give his name to me. Just say the black guy. He claim he is the only black guy work in this McDonald’s today.

This review comes after 6 years coming to this location. Doesn’t matter if it’s drive thru, dine in, mobile app, new staff, long time workers. They always find a way to ruin the fast food experience. They are extremely slow every single time, the order never comes right, they are always talking about their private lives while the food is ready to be handled to the customer. I don’t understand how this location can be so bad. I rather drive 7 more minutes and go to St. James McDonald’s. The restaurant is nice and clean and the workers are friendly.

Matt and Rafael are amazing ! They gave my son a toy when they seen he was sad. They’re amazing employees of McDonald’s being honest out of all the McDonald’s I e been to. They are very respectful to their customers and they deserve to be acknowledged by McDonald’s in some way or another. Very happy with what they’ve done.

Took our great grandmother here for her birthday on Christmas Eve, and the manager overheard us telling her “happy birthday” and brought us a free ice cream to the table and told her “happy birthday.” He made her birthday beautiful. Wonderful experience, awesome manager.
