I visited this McDonald’s for lunch on the afternoon of Thursday, September 11, 2025. I used the drive through. I bought 2 ranch snack wraps, a big mac, a medium fries, and a medium Sprite. The food was delicious and good, like all McDonald’s. Prices were reasonable. Use the app to get great deals and save money. The drive through moved fast. There is plenty of indoor seating if you want to eat there. 2 bathrooms also available. Overall, a great experience at the McDonald’s on Merrick Road in Freeport, New York.

The service inside this McDonald’s is awful.
There are soo many people in the kitchen but no one capable of taking orders.
There is never someone at the front ready to receive the customer.
They are always blasting music. And apart from that i walked in one day around 3pm and i see a staff member with poles blocking the dining area
Standing there like if she is a body guard just because at that time kids are coming out of school, i feel that is a very stupid thing to do.
Closed the dining area just because kids are coming in to spend THEIR MONEY and wanting to eat inside with their friends. This McDonald’s needs new staff. Do Better McDonald’s

Went there for breakfast today. Fast and great service. The food was brought to our table. The workers were very nice and polite. People who were also eating there were quiet. I am not a fast food eater but this was one of the most cleanest, nicest services I have ever experienced at McDonald’s. The bathroom was very clean too.

This location is seriously one of the slowest, worst, and most annoying McDonald’s to order from. They need to get rid of whoever’s behind that counter. They are lazy as hell. Why am I waiting an almost an hour for one meal that takes less than 10 minutes to make. In store is even worse. Do better.

The women in the morning are ALWAYS rude with alot of attitude with everyone not just me. I have seen them being extremely rude to other customers. The times i go in for a doordash pick up they dont even hand it to you or put the food close enough so i can take a picture of the receipt first even after being told that I HAVE TO take a picture of the RECEIP! They want you to confirm the order but how can i have if they dont even give me a chance to take a picture of the damn receipt . They should really hire new employees for the morning shift!!!!

I live here in Freeport and visit this location pretty often. I always have a problem! The food is either cold or completely incorrect. The customer service is terrible. The place is run by high schoolers and they clearly don’t care at all. The manager (Amanda I think?) is a complete joke too. The list could go on and on. Tonight I visited for dinner. Ordered two #7 meals for me and my boyfriend. The young girl who handed me my drinks didn’t say a word to me just handed the drinks and closed the window. Came back 5 min later with my food and again, didn’t say a word. I drove home and ate one burger then started on my next. Took a bite and realized something was off. I opened my burger and see that they completely forgot my other burger patty. I’d love to say that I’ll never be back but I probably will continue to give this terrible location my money. From now on I will be holding up the line as I check every item in my bag before driving off. That’s literally the only way to ensure that you get what you ordered. Isn’t that just pathetic? Freeport McDonald’s… do better please.

The restaurant employees did not want to open the toilet, they said that it was not working, although the employees themselves went there repeatedly. Why don’t 2 toilets work for you? Why are these toilets always closed? Where is your respect for visitors? When will you get your toilets up and running? Where are your bosses looking?
