This is a great place for asian infusion cuisine. Me and my girlfriend love coming here. I like everything on the menu. The restaurant is extremely clean and sanitary. My favorite dish is The kung pao chicken. the wait staff made dining experience great their friendly courteous and helpful.

Went to a Panda Express in Airway heights, WA and ended up waiting 25 minutes just now, today, Thursday, February 19th when u was told it would be a simple 5 minute wait for chow mein. When I asked Ruby why I was told 5 min instead of 20 of it’s 20 plus minutes. Just to be told “it’s not my fault, the cooks are the ones to blame.”
After inspecting my now 25 minute late order, I find that everything is cold except the shrimp.
Upon walking in and asking for a refund, I’m told that a refund isn’t possible, per their policy or whatever. So I ask for a manager, still not satisfied.
The manager comes out, and listens to my concern, and gives me a full refund.
Then politely says, in a sinister tone as she looks me dead in the eyes, and says in a passive aggressive monotone voice, ” your money will be back on the card in 3 to 4 business days,” and hands me the receipt.
I’m literally dumb founded at how I thought good consumer service existed at that location still. It has gone downhill since the day they opened.
Now that the manager working thinks she’s got control of the situation, and has her fun, in driving home, the hour I spent driving there, only to leave empty handed. Sour taste in my mouth at this point. I need you ask to know that 5 min means 25 in airway heights. And Panda Express cooks in airway need to know that Ruby is tarnishing their image with her unsatisfactory explanations as to why consumers are roped into making a 15 dollar purchase only to wait an extra 20 min for cold food. One star all day at this point until my money comes back into my account.

I don’t know if it was just because panda was in a hurry yesterday, but I can’t believe I paid 40 something dollars and when I get home half of my plate is not even filled like I could literally move this to the side and it would’ve been a half of one side

Wasn’t happy with my order they cut their veggies for the noodles too big. My kids love the meat, but they put lots of veggies, so there wasn’t enough meat as I usually get at other Panda’s. The noodles weren’t as good as I am used to at other places. Won’t be coming back here.

Staff member Jessica went above and beyond for our order. We arrived before the lunch rush and the cooks were still working on completing several dishes but made hours priority since we were customers waiting. Jessica even made sure to ask the cooking staff to also prepare fresh super greens to make sure that almost everything in our meal was freshly made!

Really Skimped out on the chicken, probably the least amount of chicken i’ve gotten at any Panda Express. Very disappointed in that regard.
Cheese Rangoons tasted like theyve been sitting forever, very very chewy. I got the Pomegranate Pineapple Crafted drink which was quite good, but was very disappointed with everything else. Not worth the 16.98 I paid.

The person at the drive thru, seemed like she hated her job and life especially when she talked to you over the intercom. The food was atleast fresh this time and great portioning!
