Terrible experience. For one they don’t give you good quality when you order drinks. I ordered a slushy as shown in the first picture and they gave me the slushy half way filled and that is not what I payed for, especially considering that I got the slushy in a medium size and they should fill it to the top of the cup. Likewise this place is very slow, I came in with a complaint about the slushy and I told one of the workers and he stood there for more than one minute not giving me a full cup slushy, eventually I had to tell another worker. Lastly the Big Mac that I ordered as seen in the photo didn’t come with enough lettuce and Sauce. Don’t recommend this place, the workers are rude as well.

I never thought I would give a McDonald’s 5 start this one recieved them. Either the rebuilt the building or did a complete gut renovation of the interior exterior of the grounds. The interior is well spaced, with modern conveniences and for busy location it is spotlessly clean. The staff are busy cleaning, serving or giving good customer service. Rest rooms are great. They even have a new children’s area. They check out have kiosk for checkout and you will get tableside service. There even a board posting your number when your order is ready.

Service was quick. They are focused on getting the food out in a timely manner which is appreciated. But their customer service is poor. Not friendly or pleasant. As soon as you walk in its filthy. Food all over the floor. Juice spills and no one cleaned or mopped up the floor. It was a hot sticky mess.

The nicest workers I have ever met. We are visiting from California and have never gotten this nice of treatment anywhere we’ve been there. This was the warm welcome we needed! As soon as we stepped foot in, the girl at the cashier walked over to us and walked us through our whole order at the self order kiosk. She was pleasant throughout the whole transaction and got us the best deals possible. After that, an equally pleasant guy walked to our table to deliver our food to our table, he was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. If we’re ever in this nook of New York we will be sure to stop here for the excellent service. Great music as well, give these people a raise!

The Night Shift that worked on 1/1/2023 Were the most racist nastiest people ever ! I went into the restaurant to pick up an order and without even looking at the phone good the girl told me my order wasn’t ready , I believe she was the one in charge because she had a light blue shirt on , I was just waiting on COOKIES ! Every other person that went in after me left before me and I had an HOUR WAITING FOR COOKIES !!!!! When I would ask something she would respond with attitude and. Just say I don’t have that order mindview on my account that’s where I was supposed to pick up the order , all of that just because I’m Hispanic !!! But she was dismissing people Of her color first than me and once again I had an hour !!! And not to mention employees were also drinking while on the clock , they had a whole bottle in the kitchen in a bag 🙂 ,great job McDonald’s I will definitely be reporting this and taking more action towards this !!! Whoever was that was in charge needs to go !

I don’t really review fast food like this but my pregnant wife was craving mcchicken sandwich and fries. Shout out to the night crew for providing one of the best and fresh sandwiches, she ever had to were she cried how the bread wasn’t burn. She cried over how hot and fresh the fries were so Thank you night crew for making my pregnant wife happy.
