Placed a mobile order before 7, was on line for 20mins before they even got to me, five people left the line because they took to long, the issue was that they were helping one person who wanted a special order, should have asked them to come inside or move them to the reserve spaces…

Response to the owner providing a link but no case number so that I and others who posted a review can use, it’s a link to nowhere…. This McDonald’s needs to take action and accountability, this place use to be fast, respectful and very professional, not sure what has happened, new management, new employees but additional training is surely needed…. Until then I will take my business to other locations, and I recommend others do the same

Awesome looking playground, but it was closed. They said it was because it was leaking. The bathrooms aren’t open, and they come out to unlock them for you. You have to ask for napkins, and there’s no one really manning the front registers for people inside. Place is clean, though, and music is good.

usually don’t have high expectations for McDonald’s, but this visit was still disappointing. The wait time was longer than expected, and when the food finally came out, it wasn’t great. The fries were cold, and the burger was messy and poorly put together.
I do want to be clear though — this wasn’t the waiter or cashier’s fault at all. The staff member taking my order was polite and did their best, and they handled things professionally. The issues seemed more like kitchen management or overall organization problems rather than front counter service.
McDonald’s is supposed to be fast and consistent, and this experience just didn’t live up to that. Hopefully things improve because the workers up front are clearly trying.

While this is a good McDonald’s to stop at due to its location. Be careful when you do order pick up. I was harassed about giving a tip. And was told have my wallet ready next time.

If I could put a negative star on here I would. Since when did McDonald’s have staff that were waiters and waitresses? Asking for a tip when you bring my food out and then being rude is not okay. It’s McDonalds. Do better.

This McDonalds is a step above the rest. The customer service is that superior of a 5 Star restaurant.
I ordered the McDouble meal and nuggets from the kiosk. Food was quickly prepared and served hot, I dined inside so was greeted and served by an employee named Sharissa. She is the ultimate asset that completed my service leading to this review. The music was playing a childhood song my mom used to listen too as i write this review. I am calling my mom after this! I think they spoiled me.
The restroom facilities were clean and usable. Everyone workers had purpose and was working to diligently improve the environment.
I have absolutely no complaints.

Place looks new and clean for now at least…pretty spacious with party section and its own playground for kids. It was closed though at the time of my visit. Service was quick. Limited parking space and drive through Service.

Terrible service.I came to get a cup of coffee and a large fry.The guy said pull forward to the reserve sign.I waited 20mins..No one came out.I had to drive around and renter the drive through because the building was closed to customers.He didn’t even say im sorry.He just smiled and gave me my food.This is why I dont buy fast food anymore.Its not his business,so he doesn’t care.Plus the fresh were,to be low salt.I didnt find out this until,I hit the parkway.The fries were consumable to someone that has high blood pressure.

Terrible experience. For one they don’t give you good quality when you order drinks. I ordered a slushy as shown in the first picture and they gave me the slushy half way filled and that is not what I payed for, especially considering that I got the slushy in a medium size and they should fill it to the top of the cup. Likewise this place is very slow, I came in with a complaint about the slushy and I told one of the workers and he stood there for more than one minute not giving me a full cup slushy, eventually I had to tell another worker. Lastly the Big Mac that I ordered as seen in the photo didn’t come with enough lettuce and Sauce. Don’t recommend this place, the workers are rude as well.
