Ordered a big Mac no sauce, no cheese for my daughter. This McDonald’s, in particular, if you order more than 3 items, you are told to pull into a parking spot and wait. Wait for them to bring you out the wrong order. You go inside and say I asked for a plain big Mac this had cheese. CSR response plain comes with cheese, at which point I showed him the receipt, which shows no cheese. Somehow, this location is good to forget your order or screw it up completely.

First, I had the Big Mac and fries. My Big Mac was served cold and very little sauce. The cheese was just laid on top, not melted . The fries were good.

No line in the drive thru at all but had to wait almost 5 minutes for someone to speak. They had me pull up because there were no fries. Another 5 minutes goes by. I received cold mushy fries, milkshake that was suppose to be chocolate but looked completely vanilla. I asked the girl at the window and she says that’s what the machine does for chocolate shake. After waiting 5 minutes for my food, I get my ten piece nugget ( which is for my 7 year old) and drive home. I open it up at home and there is only 7 chicken nuggets that we’re micro small. Thanks for the hard work !i will be coming back for a refund. 10$ meal !

Went to the drive thru tonight because my 10 year old grandson that had his tonsils removed last week wanted to try eating warm solid food tonight. Ordered 2 happy meals , got home and discovered they they didn’t give me his nuggets. I drove back , waited for someone to acknowledge me ( inside). When I explained what happened he just said I’ll get them. Then he put them down in front of me and asked if I wanted sauce! No apology, no extra nugget, no offer of anything for our troubles!
