Place is a dump, rude person at the drive through window. Saying, helloooooo, with an attitude because we took a few seconds to respond. I had to repeat everything 4-5 times because they weren’t listening. When we got our food it tasted old and cold, you could tell it had been prepared before and had been sitting, nothing more unappealing then cold Big Macs and fries. Also they didn’t give us any napkins. I own and operate a take out restaurant so I understand everything about this kind of operation and this location is failing miserably. If I had the time I would’ve gone back to complain. If I find myself in the need to order from here again I will take it all back if they don’t get it right. Prices are too high to excuse the sub par food they are dishing out.

food was fine, but the service is not great. i have gone here numerous times in the past and have sat at the ordering area for 5-10 minute periods before someone answering to take the order (drive through). the staff are ok, but can be lackluster. they also mess up orders frequently.

The person taking the order was very rude and I had to go through twice because the girl didn’t put everything on the order the first time even tho she repeated back correctly. they need to train their people better.

Last night I went through drIve through to pickup two large black coffees. I paid for them and went to pick up window. Their employee asked me to drive forward and wait a few minutes because the coffee was old and she was brewing fresh coffee. I wigsh I had her name because she deserves a shout out.

Wildwood was without power so we had to come out to rio grande and the crew working here over the weekend did an excellent job. By far the best meal from McDonald’s I’ve ever had due to how fresh and hot everything was especially being late at night.

One of the slowest McDonald’s I ever been at no matter what time of day plan on waiting least 15 to 20 minutes to get your food. I don’t know if it’s the system they have there. I do know the staff is very nice and courteous.
