The manager here whose name I’m pretty sure is Hidi. She was nothing but rude to us. When we asked her to correct the shake she gave us attitude and just pushed the whipped cream of the shake and filled it instead of doing the right thing to give us a new one. My boyfriend’s burger was made wrong and the environment was so uncomfortable we didn’t bother asking for a new one, not to mention the cold fries. When we walked in the restaurant was disgusting, there were no clean tables, food all over the floor.

This is our go to Mc Donald’s as it’s the one open the latest. Typically, we have no issues here and food always tastes like it was just made. They also do a pretty good job of keeping up with the constant flow of customers.

They must have switched kitchen staff. They gave me the most disgusting hamburger on the planet. It was probably because they had to sto, read, and only put onions on my double hamburger. It was a horrible game to play with this customer. Look at the pictures and see how one person tried to make me sick. This is not ok, and someone needs to check the video coverage from order number 1634. I used the McDonald’s app. If this hamburger went to a child, they surely would have ended up in the hospital . I might be out some money. However, one family could have lost the mortgage and their home. Shame on you, Mcdonalds, for not having someone responsible in your kitchen at 6pm. .

Person in drove in needs to cut her nails. So she can be faster taking orders. The burgers were dry. N they looked like they were just throw together then wrapped. Rather expensive for what they produce.

Drove out here to see the single arch sign (evidently there are only a few left) and decided to stop inside for a sandwich. I fully expected to be presented with a disappointing hamburger look-alike. I was pleasantly surprised with what might be one of the best hamburgers I’ve had in recent memory! Highly recommend.

***Ordered breakfast to go 2x now, made it a point to ask for EXTRA breakfast sauce on my sandwich and barely get any!!! Clearly its too hard to follow the order directions! We pay way too much money for this junk for it to just be slapped together. Have pride in the food your making and selling to people for the $$$$ they’re paying!

I walked into the McDonald’s today and it was super hot to the point that I was sweating while I was eating my food. I walked up to the register and asked why it was so hot and they said that it wasn’t that hot and that I should go around towards the bathroom area and sit there I said I wanted my money back because I had a bad experience being hot and uncomfortable trying to eat my hot food and was supposed to be in a comfortable air-conditioned environment I was met with resistance, gaslighting, and negative behavior and comments When I asked to speak to a Manager, I was forced to wait over 15 minutes until finally I was given a refund and told never to come back again I then asked to get the store managers name and number in which I was given the name of Heidi Negron and was given a phone number that did not work I am very upset and feel like I was treated poorly and disrespected I’m posting the number that I was Which was on the door that did not work and was disconnected.

Good Evening Google Family. I visited this location for the first time on Sunday, July 28, 2024. I liked this location. I placed my order on the kiosk and I paid for it on th kiosk, with my credit card. I have never done that before. Usually I pay at the counter. However I get tired of waiting for someone to come to the counter. They have so much going on, drive-thru, Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc. But they keep it together. My number was 709. They called it right away and away I went. I like this location. I ordered my usual Filet of Fish for Mom, I ordered a triple and she ate it, every morsel, lol. Good night Google Family and don’t forget to work out!!!
