Another great experience at a different location of Blazing Bird in Arvada. I was coming down from the mountains and didn’t want to drive to far to eat so I decided to stop by here. I had Nashville hot dry rub chicken. It was very spicy! I also had their smash burger! 10 out of 10! The ladies were nice and I live the music selection!

Great hot chicken! I got the loaded bowl with Mac and cheese, chicken, slaw, and fries. The fried pickles were also good. Definitely check this place out!

Overall a very good chicken restaurant. Abit pricey for what it is, but the food was very good. Spice levels for medium were not overbearing and maybe slightly less than what I was expecting (not in a bad way). No spice levels were as advertised and still very good. I wasn’t a huge fan of the fried pickles, the breading was a bit loose and slightly soggy compared to the chicken. Accidentally ate some of the food prior to pictures, so portions are not represented perfectly accurately. Will be back!

My experience was wonderful. The sandwich was one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had as well as the macaroni and cheese. It definitely is very close to homemade and in fact, I’m pretty sure they made it from scratch. Fried pickles were some of the best fried pickles I’ve ever had and as a Oreo connoisseur I will tell you their fried Oreos are definitely better than the other restaurants in town, that have them.

I tried this place when they first open, wasnt bad. So i came back today. Big mistake. Should have read the reviews first before i come. For $9+ for a #1 sandwich, this is what you will get. A small piece of tender on a burger, messy, dry, mediocre… so please just save your money and go somewhere else, and if course they won’t ever see me again

Not that good. Ordered single smash burger and fries at lunchtime on a Saturday. No one seemed like they knew what they were doing.
When I saw a bin of fries getting cold when they started my burger, I knew it was a bad sign. You guessed it – COLD fries (automatic fail).
Burger was very “meh”. Toppings were kind of tasty, but it was a real mess (drowned in sauce). The big issue? Not smashed, just tossed on the grill. No color AT ALL, unless you think of gray as a proper color for smash style burgers. Look at the photo, then look at their menu photo.

I saw this place driving in the neighborhood. Absolutely the worst wings and #1 sandwich I EVER had! Burnt oil flavor. I could put all 6 of these Cornish game hen wings in the plam of my tiny, tiny hand. Very dry. More like crispy, break your teeth dry, all the way to the bone. The #1 chicken sandwich fit nearly 3/4 of my hand. Two pickle slices were nearly bigger than the chicken! What a waste of $19+ on two items. I tossed this embarrassing meal into the garbage. Horrible find that I regret stopping in. See attached photos. Horrible food, especially after attending a funeral.

Don’t come here if you’re hungry and in a hurry. 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich which was good, so was fries. On the hot side, good flavor, fresh, the wait is for the fresh, I’d order ahead. Not sure they can balance the taste with the time. How do you ruin deep fried oreos? Horrible, those usually make your eyes roll behind your head. Really bad , definitely eat here.
