Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. When we pulled into the drive-thru, the cashier immediately yelled, “Wait a minute!”—no greeting, just attitude. When she came back on, she snapped, “What you want?” Not only was she rude, but they were completely out of drinks except for milk, chocolate milk, or apple juice.
When we got to the window to pay, the attitude continued. I politely asked for a receipt, and she huffed, walked away, and left the window wide open. We could hear her yelling and cursing inside the restaurant—completely inappropriate, especially with kids in the car who heard everything.
After we finally received our food, I asked again for a receipt, and she just shut the window in my face. No apology, no professionalism.
This was by far the most unacceptable customer service I’ve ever encountered. We will NOT be back.

Terrible customer service. I had made an online order to pick up the other day for my kids, and on my way there I got pulled over for a tail light that was out, no big deal, but I guess I missed my window of picking it up in the parking lot so I went inside and told them about my order and the lady at the front counter barked at me and said she’s been waiting a while for me to check in for my order, so I apologized and let her know I got pulled over, but I am here now, and then she tossed my food bag on the counter and walked away. I said have a great day and she still didn’t respond. The people here always have the worst attitude. I am a local and I have hardly ever had good customer service here being that I also work in a customer service industry, this is unacceptable and if I acted like this even once, I would’ve been fired. No compassion, no patience.

I dont know why I thought this location would be different than others. The manager took my order. While doing something she yelled at an employee because he ask a question. She got our order right but she bagged it wrong. It was 100% on her. When I took the receipt back up to correct our order, it was my fault and I would just have to wait.

No time urgency literally fire everyone here I’m a local and everytime I come here I’m waiting 40 minutes for something I ordered 20 minutes ago and then when u tell them it’s somehow not there fault very unprofessional and very unapologetic also blares music for the back like there at some clubs or something can’t barely hear myself think they have 5 workers in there doing absolutely nothing as well quite literally not even fast food and literally hate coming here if there was anything else open around this time I wouldn’t have stepped another foot in here years ago because it has constantly been the same bullshit every time I’m step on the premises literally do better

So rude and slow. I was go to Drive Thurs and no car was behind me , I said I have the code but can they wait for a mins so my phone can load the code, not even like minutes she yell back at me, she can’t add the code and when I got to the door that dude was look at me laugh and I show him the code to add on and his like hahaha tell me $15 and tell me pull up at the front, WHEN THERE NO CAR BEHIND ME. Make we wait and when his bring out they forgot my sweet tea and I said” you forgot my sweet tea” he said I have to go in to get it and tell me gave him receipt when he didn’t gave me the receipt at all. And then laugh like an idiot walk back inside.

Have lived in orange beach gulf shores my entire life pretty much and this McDonalds has not ever been in as bad of shape as it is right now. They are always rude to me every customer that comes in the drive thru or door. The ice cream machine has been broken since spring break of 2024 they have a lot of people working here that are so rude to the locals. I ordered thru the app and when I got there they said the system was down then I ordered the same food and when I got my Big Mac it had a value burger patty on it. If you want McDonald’s go to gulf shores or somewhere else. And I also have been in the food industry in this area since I was 15 years old. These guys just do not care about your order or your city or your country. McDonalds needs to clean house and get a whole new group of employees. Seriously.

While on vacation, we stopped at this McDonald’s. It was in a headache of a location to get to, from where we came from, but it was the closest food place around. The line was so long, we decided to use curbside pickup. It said our food would be out shortly. (Gave an average of 5 minutes, which I know given today’s circumstances is a low estimate)
After about 15 minutes a young man came out, brought our food and drinks and apologized for our long wait.
Everything was correct and delicious.
Only thing wrong was they left out our sons milk, my husband went in and they gave it to him right away and apologized immediately.
