I had asked for a kid’s meal and unfortunately they did not box it or Supply the apples or the toy. A certain 6 year old boy was very upset and very disappointed when he did not get his box, his toy, or his apples. There was an impressive, and ungodly amount of mayonnaise on each of the McChickens that were ordered, enough to ruin all of the sandwiches. The mayonnaise was in such excessive amounts, the Buns were literally falling apart off.
The sandwich was bad because the it was so soggy.

Big thanks to Josh for immediately saying he’d be down for helping change a flat tire that turned into two tire changes right at closing time. I’m visiting my family from out of state and was gonna rely on them to chauffeur me around Jersey for the week but it looks like I’ll be doing a bit more driving instead! A few McDonald’s coffees are probably in my near future to assist me in this endeavor.

This is THE WORST mcdonalds I have ever been to in my life. They miss parts of your order all the time… I swear they have something against straws because 9 times out of 10 there’s no straw included in my meal. My last order crossed a line though which is making me write this review and I will never order from this mcdonalds again.
I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel meal and one cookie on the side. When I got my meal, all I had in the bag was the bagel and drink. No hashbrown, no cookie, and… NO STRAW. That’s not even the worst part… I go to eat my bagel, come to find out it only had 2 pieces of cheese on it and like an insane amount of their hollandaise sauce. No egg, no bacon.

Ordered through the app, parked in a spot for pickup, sat for 10 minutes until an employee stated nobody showed up to unlock and that it would be another hour before they open. Tried to cancel my order in the app to get a refund and was told “you can’t cancel because your order is being prepared” $15 lesson to never go to this location or honestly any McDonald’s since they make it so difficult to get a refund for food you didn’t receive.

Every time I order food from here, whether it’s on the app, doordash, or in person, something is ALWAYS missing!!! One time they even told my dasher there was only one bag and all I got were drinks and not the four meals I ordered to feed my family! This past time, they had to apparently search for my order before they even started making it, and it was still wrong!!! No dipping sauce, no fries with my combo meal, and couldn’t even be bothered to throw a straw in the bag never in my life have I passed this much terrible service at the same location, and if it wasn’t for my kids, I’d never eat there again and would rather drive the extra 30 minutes out of my way if I was really craving something

It always seems as if they always forget something in your order. The inside tables are almost always dirty even when there is no one there.
