Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. The Food was excellent. The Service was excellent. The Ambiance was excellent. This was our first visit to this establishment and it did not disappoint. If anything it exceeded our expectations. Not knowing what gastronomic delights they had to offer we scanned the menu with great ease. The pictures of some of the entrees caught my eye and helped me make my decision to order the Cajun Shrimp topped Crab Cake. My wife asked our server Lisa K. for her thoughts on her two options and finally decided on the Garlic Steak Pasta. Both were just the right temperature and full of flavor. The garlic had just the right balance to not overpower the tatse of the steak cubes. My Cajun Shrimps were succulent and had just the right amount of seasoning. The atmosphere was great. It is a family restaurant so there was lots of conversation and family fun in the air but we could still enjoy the private conversation at our table. Our server Lisa K. was most cordial and very knowledgeable about the food choices, and history of the restaurant. We really appreciated the extra attention she gave us when it came to bread service and drink refills. And a nice gentleman (he didn’t introduce himself but we assume he was the manager) stopped by our table to ask if we enjoyed our meal. Great customer satisfaction moment. We will definitely be back to try out the Meatloaf and O’Charley’s Famous Chicken Tenders and Fries (need to find out why they are so famous). Nice restaurant, but bathrooms are not the cleanest. Service was disappointing. Only a couple of people in the restaurant but the waitress was busy talking to friends, so we waited for a while before she even came to take a drink order. Placed appetiser and she brought it out not much before dinner. Had to keep reminding her to fill our drinks. My steak was more rare than medium but outside charred. Pretzel bread with dip was good. Queso with chips good.

Great customer service for our group on Tuesday 12/9/25 8pm. The blonde haired lady was very kind, cheerful and fun to have as our waitress. And she made sure all the drinks were topped off and checked on how the food was. Wonderful experience for our large group (with four children under 5yrs old).

I ordered the French dip with grits on the side. The grits were a solid mass and not creamy and smooth like they’re supposed to be. My husband, and my dad both ordered burgers medium and they came out burnt. The waitress was nice, but didn’t clearly ask everyone at the table if they wanted appetizers so people had to order separately. (The waitress was soft-spoken so it was really hard to hear her. ) The wait for the food was long and some of it was cold.

Food is hit and miss here. Had some great food but have also sent food back it was so bad. 3.5 would be the score if it were an option. We love all of the servers, they are fantastic and take great care of us, the kitchen though, well that’s a different story.
We did a revisit and this time things were on point. The food was much better and there was an expanded menu. New items were ordered and we were all pretty impressed with them. I had the chicken tenders, and unfortunately they were like rubber. No, I did not send them back, I just didn’t finish them. The other dishes were great though, no complaints. Bumping up a star, was to come back O’Charley’s!

I enjoyed my visit to O’Charleys. I had the chicken breast dinner which was very good, but when it arrived, it was not hot, but warmer than lukewarm. The service was spectacular…way above average for this type of restaurant. My wife had soup and salad and commented to me that both were average. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

This was my first time at O’Charley’s. The service was great and fast! The food was delicious. I had a sirloin and their famous Chicken Tenders, which I would highly recommend. Apparently, they also have free pie on Wednesdays. Unfortunately it was a Tuesday, but, Hey, We will be back!

Appetizers were good from soups to the fried pickles. The main course were reasonably priced and when, I asked my clan members there were all satisfied with the price and selections they chose. Including me.
From this day experience and the servitude experience, it looks this could turn out to be an annual event.
