This place is extremely discriminatory against anyone that they deem to be either homeless or an addict!! They treat them with blatant disrespect the ignore them they act like they’re not even in the building they take orders from others even though they’re standing in line. They make people that they decide to be homeless or an addict pay for food in order to use the restroom but if they believe they are working class citizens they open the bathroom for free!¡ If somebody is a person they deem to be homeless or an addict if something is missing in their bag of food they don’t care they will not replace it. I was in the restroom there was no toilet paper there was no soap there was nothing I pulled the emergency cord and recorded it on my telephone they did not respond for 28 minutes that is an emergency cord and I could have been dead!! But they did not care there was a gentleman that fell asleep at the table and he had purchased food from the restaurant ate it and fell asleep the lady came over and slammed one of the table tags against his ear on the table over and over and over and told him to not sleep in there and get out and the looks that they give people that they don’t like are looks of shame and disgust

Not only did I want in line for 30 minutes 2 times and only orders a med fries and a highc but the fries seems to be dipped in oil again old and soggy. after waiting in line again I had the replace the fries in which ended up being exactly the same. Didn’t even bother to make a better batch or actually fix the issue. Beyond upset especially when trying to buy something to eat before heading home to go to sleep at 12:30 am. It’s now 1:15

They would get consistently get something in my order wrong or left out multiple times. And the time i was wrong, i accepted fault, However, they did not want to discuss the multiple times my orders were wrong and dismissive of their errors… If you go there, just know you came for a heaping order of disappointment. I left felt unheard. They only focused on my error!

I had an awful experience on July 14, 2024. My boyfriend and I made a purchase. I asked for a cup of water so that I was able to take my prescription medication. The woman working the drive-through had the audacity to tell us they had no water! I was even willing to purchase it if necessary. My boyfriend pleaded with the cashier who was taking payment and he eventually gave it to us after mentioning how weak I was feeling. Not only that, but it was hot that particular day.
After going through all of that, I wasn’t sure if it was safe to drink. I hope no one else has to ever experience anything like this.
A small cup of water should be free of charge and you shouldn’t have to explain the purpose for the cup of water. I do plan on reaching out to corporate and making them aware.

The employees ignore you and point towards the kiosk. The employees, including the managers, are just lazy, rude, and completely unprofessional. I don’t expect a fine dining quality, but at least a hello,hi, or something in response to ” good morning, can I please have a ____________, thank you”. I mean no response whatsoever. I’m thanking them and greeting them, and I’m getting “that’s it,” “is that all” anything else” while I’m trying to order. It’s rushed and annoying ONE short,older Hispanic lady with glasses is amazing and the sweetest person ever. She really acts as if you are her only customer. She always smiles and greets you and makes you feel valued and appreciated. She goes above and beyond anyone I’ve run into at many locations. Ik They deal with so much bullshit and stupidity there,I’ve seen it so I can relate as to why they can be rude, stressed,annoyed,pissy etc. But wow do better with hiring.
