Oh yeah! Those BoJanglers were fire! It’s been two years since I’ve had one! Great service! Made fresh! So crispy on the outside, tender and steamy on the inside! The fries were fresh! The inside was so clean! Five stars! I love this location. Bathrooms were very clean. This store seems very well-managed.

Horrible! Pulled up to the intercom, then Mary the cashier said to pull up to the window where she would take my order. Placed my order and waited 15 minutes only for them to forget to put the bottom bun on my sandwich. Everything is unprofessional! Should’ve known when no one was there at lunchtime! Please avoid!

This place is poorly managed. Went through drive through, they were out of lemonade and sprite/starry. The employee said her manager didn’t get any. When I pulled up to the window I see them pouring Pepsi from 2 liters. I didn’t get a dri k from them, I went across the street and went into a gas station. Also, they failed to give many any plastic ware for my dish. They need some help there.

Horrible service. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter to ask if the order would be fine dine in or carryout I said dine in. At this point I was told “let me see what time we close the lobby”… Sooo if i order food I can’t eat it here she said I guess no. Hmmm drive thru shut down lobby closes at 9 and the business closes at 10 something isn’t adding up here I’ll never eat at any Bojangles in life due to this 1 experience way to go I’d give 0 stars if possible.

I ordered Cole slaw with my food and I got home and they didn’t put it in my bag. My husband has cancer and he’s limited on what he can eat so I ordered the Chicken Tender Meal. I got home and he bit into the chicken tender and it was so spicy hot that he couldn’t eat it. It even burned his lips. I tried to eat it and took 1 bite and it set my mouth on fire. They did not tell us that it was spicy hot and it wasn’t on the menu. I will never go back there again. That’s very wrong to serve something spicy hot to someone and not tell them. Anyway that was $20.00 down the drain and she never bothered to give me my receipt.! I don’t recommend this Bojangles. I don’t know if they are all this way.

I ordered online for curb side pickup. Got there 5 min. later than the pick-up time. Did what you do for curb side. 30 min later, I walked in and asked about my order. THEY NEVER GOT IT! The tablet was offline! They quickly threw my order together with old chicken & my sides. There was no discount for the foul up either. I guess the local grocery store gets my chicken orders from now on.

I asked for my cajon biscuits to be cooked to order and the assistant manager refused to do it!! He/she gave me a refund instead!! That person took a old cajon and tried to serve me along with the cook to order cajon!!! That person didn’t think I saw what they did!!! I wish he/she could get removed from his/her position!!! It’s the woman that sounds like a man!!! Thanks!!!
