I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to the owner of the Commerce, Ga location. I went there this morning after having a rough morning and having to leave work not feeling well to try to get some food on my stomach. I was sitting in the drive thru and the owner came out and scared me for a second because I wasn’t paying attention and he was so sweet and I drive a jeep and so does he and he told me I couldn’t leave without my Bo duck. It is littlest gestures sometimes in life that make the biggest impact. Thank you so much for taking time to do that. It made my day so much better. I will continue to always be customer at this location the food is also always fresh and always amazing. I pray you continue to bless others with your kindness.

I just went and got two breakfast meals and there was a penny at the bottom of my Bo rounds. When I called the manager asks me to text her personal phone number with a picture for proof. Very unprofessional. So I send the picture and she says she’ll replace it with the receipt but was VERY RUDE! Also the prices on the drive thru isn’t their actual prices. They need new management!

The automated recording at the drive-through is offputting and definitely makes you feel like they’re not actually listening to you place your order and it seems very unpersonable so at first I thought it was gonna be a bad experience but the gentleman at the window repeated my order to me it was perfectly correct and then I realized I forgot to add bacon he added the bacon and was extremely nice about it. He had the bacon so quickly, and I apologized and he assured me it was totally fine. Wonderful service I love the food.

It was nice to be in a fast-food restaurant that was making an effort. This restaurant not only maintained Bojangles food quality, but its employees were pleasant and working hard to serve quickly and to make customers’ experience nice. Additionally, it was cleaner than most fast-food restaurants and they even had pretty glass bowls on the tables with peppermints in them. We love Bojangles’ biscuits and hope to find more of their restaurants doing this well on customer experience.

I went into Bojangles today and the young lady who helped me was very nice and friendly. She greeted me with a smile, had a great attitude, and made my visit pleasant. Customer service like that really makes a difference. She did an excellent job and deserves recognition. Her name was Sunshine.

Oh yeah! Those BoJanglers were fire! It’s been two years since I’ve had one! Great service! Made fresh! So crispy on the outside, tender and steamy on the inside! The fries were fresh! The inside was so clean! Five stars! I love this location. Bathrooms were very clean. This store seems very well-managed.

The servers are amazing here. I have been to a few Bojangles locations however this one has been the best one so far. Fresh hot chicken and fries and great service. Already came back 3 times within the last 2 weeks.
