I used to live in California for two years, where I tried McDonald’s, In-N-Out, and several Chinese-branded burger places. That experience once made me think that the U.S. didn’t really have good burgers—or that I just didn’t like fast food. I especially thought I hated beef burgers. However, this experience completely changed my mind. I’m not exaggerating at all when I say they are amazing.
Every employee I’ve interacted with has been extremely friendly, and the service is excellent. Their order efficiency is impressive—my food was ready in less than five minutes after ordering. I haven’t tried the drive-thru, but the dine-in experience is truly great. The food is well prepared and tastes delicious.
(My only small complaint is that the Oreo McFlurry is a bit expensive—how is it more expensive than drinks and almost the same price as a burger? As a dessert lover, this really hurts, haha.)
Overall, the atmosphere in the restaurant is very comfortable, and even if you don’t order anything, you’re not treated differently. I genuinely love this “study spot.”
Additionally, I noticed a recent buy-one-get-one promotion in the store. By completing a survey that takes about three minutes, you can receive a free item of the same or lower price. You have up to 30 days from your last purchase to redeem it. I decided to give it a try using the information from yesterday’s receipt, and I successfully got an identical meal for free! That was such a pleasant surprise.

Overall , it’s not a place to satisfy a a customer like me who has been eating mcdonald’s for more than thirty two years , most of it on drive through… whichnIi , when inside and the atmosphere and service was the same or worse.
I had to recycle one spoon on my truck to safely.It my deluxe double cheeseburger.
I get a large iced coffee daily and this place never ever makes it decent. For this reason I won’t stop there anymore. This was supposed to be a regular large coffee it was water with cream basically. Tasted nothing like coffee, I mentioned it to them and they answered “the machine makes it we don’t” lol
What’s even worse is that the management clearly has no control over what’s happening. The managers act like it’s normal or unavoidable, when clearly it’s not. Someone needs to step up—manager, owner, whoever is responsible for running this store—because the level of carelessness or dishonesty here is unbelievable. This used to be the McDonald’s everyone relied on, the one people preferred over the others, and now it’s the one everyone avoids. When people actively switch locations in the app just to make sure their food arrives correctly, that tells you everything you need to know.
Food is not cheap anymore, and wasting money every time is unacceptable. Nobody should have to double-check their bags like they’re inspecting a crime scene, hoping the order is actually complete. It shouldn’t be a gamble to see if your food even arrives. This past week alone, I was wronged four separate times, including during a large company order that needed to be correct. And the best they could offer was a $12 refund. Honestly, that felt like an insult considering the inconvenience, lost items, wasted money, and wasted time. At this point, this place is failing badly.
Very disappointing overall. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
