The manager and crew that was working tonight (2/25/26) was very polite and respectful and friendly. They made a little mistake and I brought it to their attention and I had no problems with them fixing it. They owned up to it and they fixed the little mistake with smiles on their faces and everything. We even had a little friendly conversation while they made my food. I had a great experience with this shift tonight and wouldn’t mind going back to this Popeyes with workers like this.

This Popeyes always leaves a lot to be desired. It’s always amazing that a chicken place never has chicken actually ready and you have to wait, but tonight takes the cake… pulled up and sat in the drive-up for quite some time and then decided to pull in and go order inside. As I was walking to the door a crowd of people were walking out very upset and told me that the were turned away and were not accepting orders. What??? It’s 5:15 pm on a Saturday night….. each person that was leaving said they should have known because this particular location is the worst one around, which it has been consistently for at least 20 years….

You never know here. Sometimes your food is ready quickly, sometimes it takes forever. Last time I had to park and wait a long time and one of the items I ordered was not in the bag. The only good thing is I called a customer service number on the receipt and was given the option to have an immediate refund on my credit card.

Ordered on the app for pickup, traffic had me about 15min.late. When I finally arrived nobody at the front counter…. patiently waited another 10 minutes before I had to address the workers in the back if my order was ready and was not and will be coming up soon. 2 more pickup customers came in and also had to wait a bit and theirs was delivered before mine. After another 20min I finally received my order just thrown in a bag not flat and disheveled. I reorganized it and left. I ordered an 8pc spicy all white chicken with a 6pc bone in wings. The wings were not seasoned correctly ALL the seasoning was at the bottom of the box with hardly none on the wings. My 8pc all white spicy chicken was 2 breasts and 6 wings! Really?? 2 wings weren’t even spicy. I have been ordering this same order for months every Monday. I cannot believe how disappointed I am over a food order! I’ve been trying to just ignore it and move on, but I look forward on Monday to eat this! Still very very upset! This store is an amazing fail in so many ways

Absolutely awful. I ordered on the app and gave them about 20 minutes to prepare it. By the time I got there the drive through line was long but I waited and when I got to the speaker (20 minutes later) they asked me to come in to get it. I parked grabbed my daughter and went in then waited another 45 minutes before it was ready. I checked my bag and half the order was missing. By that time I was so ready to go I just walked out. Over an hour waiting with a 2 year old for food that wasn’t even in the bag.

This is the only Popeyes that truly sucks going too. The other day I was waiting in there and a DoorDash driver was waiting for food for over 30 minutes and one of the workers said “send it without the food that’s DoorDash’s problem” And every time I order from them something is always missing. I try to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt but this location is absolutely horrible.
I ordered my food through the app. A simple order. 3 pc chicken with a side of fries. I waited 20 mins for my food and it wasn’t even busy. What really made me mad was the fact that people who came in and ordered waaaaay after me, got their food first. My food wasn’t even hot as well.
The lady at the counter had a serious attitude problem. And it seemed like the staff didn’t wanna be there.
I won’t be coming back. I’ll drive the extra 30 minutes to go to hwy 59. Do better.

Please do not order chicken around at the drive-through at 9 o’clock at night… This by far the greasiest chicken So saturated with oil is like putting your hands down into a bowl of oil. I was surprised that the red beans and rice was a full amount when usually it is like half of the cup. So I did get a full servant of that, But what was so surprising that the rice was not fully cooked that is the first time it’s ever happened to me.. That’s why I’m giving this a one star very poor food quality
