I’ve been living local here for a year now, do not come here after 7:30pm unless you have an extra hour of your life to waste. I do not understand how it takes so long to cook McDonald’s food. It’s literally made for them to cook it as fast as possible. I pulled into the parking lot at 8:10pm and as I’m typing this, it is 8:30pm and I’m not even at the order spot yet. I’ve waited here multiple times over 40 minutes because it’s the only fast food open around here but I’m starting to think it will actually be better and quicker to drive to Rutland 20 minutes away. The food I receive for waiting all that time is also below standards sometimes not even edible. I’ve wasted so much time and money in this drive thru I’m at my last straw coming here unless management gets their act together and trains people to be clean, make food fast and actually care about their job. EDIT * 8:54pm and I’m still not at the first window I’m so upset at this service. I don’t even think my food will be warm. EDIT AGAIN ** RECEIVED THE WRONG FOOD AT 9:36PM BUT I WASNT GONNA WAIT ANOTHER HOUR IN THE DRIVE THRU, NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN, 3 EMPLOYEES ON STAFF SHE SAID ?!!! WHY EVEN BE OPEN ?!!! Tried to eat the food I got but it was terrible, I’ve had good McDonald’s before and this was the farthest from it, usually in and out of the drive thru in 5 minutes too not 1 hour and 26 minutes. Never again, will just drive to Rutland and there are more options and won’t take an hour.

If I could give zero stars I would. This McDonalds is filthy, the floor is sticky, there’s fries all over the floor and old food on the tables. Not only is it dirty, but the staff are rude and it took over 30 minutes to get our food. And we ‘dined’ inside. They gave us no sauces, even though we paid for them. And I stood at the front, where you otder your food for 20 minutes waiting to ask for 3 sauce packets. I had staff look at me, see me waiting, turn around and walk the other way. I had staff literally walk right by me to go outside and smoke. Thank God were just passing through, because I would hate to have to experience this twice. -10/10. Would NOT recommend!

Absolute disgusting. Every surface is covered with a film and everything is sticky. There is garbage all over the floor throughout the restaurant. All the garbage bins are over flowing. Bathrooms are just as gross. No toilet paper in the bathroom.

There is a drive thru cashier there that works evenings/nights that is the most friendliest and helpful that I have seen in a long time. On 2 different occasions, I have seen her smooth over a situation caused by 2 lazy male coworkers.

Fries were nice and hot. Crunchy but not overcooked. Our first time to this location and LOVE LOVE LOVE the flowers on every table. We came to the area to see the eclipse and needed to eat something quick. We dont get flowers like these in NYC. Bathroom was clean, food was quick. People here were nice and polite.

Although the workers are very pleasant the wait time in the drive through is insane. There is no excuse to be sitting in the drive through for 35 minutes for a 20 piece and 2 (cold) large fries. This has been happening a lot lately. I’ve gone to this McD’s my entire life and never has it been as bad as it is now.

I am allergic to cheese. I used the order Kiosk and specifically stated “no cheese”. My printed kitchen ticket and my receipt both showed NO CHEESE. It took three tries and 45 minutes to get my order correct. The manager was cheerful, but did not expedite correcting my order. McDonald’s needs to bring fast food back, as their prices are now approaching traditional restaurants.
