Today 23 May 2025 I ordered a chicken bacon ranch cheesesteak. I waited for the email and it said the time it was to be ready. When it came time I traveled to IHOP to get my food. Upon arrival a waitress checked on my order and it wasn’t ready. I waited 15 minutes before another staff member asked and checked on the order. He didn’t let me know but from watching them it wasn’t started. Thirty minutes later I finally got my order. I hurried back to my office to eat in the little time I had remaining only to find that the chicken bacon ranch was not thinly sliced chicken as described, but instead red chunked buffalo chicken. Due to allergies to Cheyenne peppers I could not risk eating the food and had to forgo the protein in my lunch and was stuck with only the fries. I couldn’t even eat the pre packaged brownie as it was still frozen. Needless to say this experience was a huge disappointment and will be considered a risk of losing a lunch break in the future, not to mention a $27.26 order that all i could eat was the the order of fries and drink.

Ordered the combo, with a drink and did not receive a drink. Was delivered 20 minutes past the delivery time. Steak was burnt. First time ordering from them… might have been an off day. Will try them again. Just to see. And go from there.
