Needed some breakfast and what better to go with than an Egg McMuffin and large coffee from McDonald’s. They had some issues but the guy at the drive thru was doing a great job and what upbeat and friendly.

A very nice location. I’m one of those annoying people who order fries with no salt and they always accommodate that. Quick and friendly service at the drive though, food isn’t thrown together carelessly. If you need to get fast food, this is a reliable location.

Haven’t had McDonald’s in awhile and now I remember why! Decided to try the Big Arch, what a big mistake. Mine had no sauce or crispy onions, the other one had no raw or crispy onions and a little dab (dime size) of sauce. Stuck me hand in the bag to grab a few fries before I was out of the yard and yup, already cold! You will not see me again….ever!

Never got my food in the drive through. Employees told me to go to the next window from the pickup one and the people behind me got my food. Literally the worst managed McDonalds I’ve ever been to in my life. I’ve never had a good experience here but McDonalds in nh and me are a breeze.

I was the only person in the drive thru and I was having a hard time getting wifi so I could use the app & they grew increasingly rude trying to rush me even sent a guy out to say something to me, screwed up my order completely and gave me a hard time about it as if id done something wrong…all I did was choose their place to spend my money, that won’t happen again! They even made me pay $2 more because she gave me that wrong sandwich which was their fault not mine! I’m not impressed, I know people have bad days but this seems like it’s a common theme these days so I’m all Set. And I’ll post a pic of my big mac that literally had patties the size of what a kids meal should have!

Food is good but the cleanliness is horrible the tables and seats are disgusting and dirty. It seems like they arent cleaned after use it’s gross. (Edit) Ok so we went back and it was worse trash wasn’t taken care of tables were worse and staff was extremely rude and when asked for extra of something they didn’t give extra of said thing.

I started going back to McDonalds because it became affordable again. With the app I was able to buy a Quarter Pounder with cheese and a hamburger for under 3 bucks. And breakfast sandwhiches? 2 Steak Mcgriddles for under 8 bucks

I was picking up for door dash and they’re supposed to leave the pick up orders actually on the pick up counter so people can just grab and go, but this location likes to leave their orders behind the counter in their work area and talk to their friends while there’s a line of customers waiting. I was waiting for a completed order for 30 minutes before I was even acknowledged and I couldn’t even get the attention of any staff because they were all back in their work area not paying attention to the front counter, LEAVE THE PICK UP ORDERS ON THE PICK UP COUNTER LIKE YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO
