For the fifth time in the last six days I was asked to pull over and my meal would be brought out to me. Really !?!?? Fast food is supposed to be fast food and I shouldn’t have to wait every time I go there to eat. I told them to keep the meal because I’ve waited there for the last time !! Hire some help or lock and close the doors.

The food was typical McD’s except the over cooked fries. I ordered on the app at a table and the food was brought to us fairly quickly with no errors. Overall cleanliness could have been better. Just wiping down the tables between customers type of stuff nothing major.

Woefully understaffed. The experience of the few seems overwhelmed by the inept and impatient. This is a high toll for the expectation going in. Luckily the food was hot and fresh and it all worked out in the end. Maybe the senior discounts are confusing to order, and the refund process is cumbersome. It humoured me to see the unraveling of an OG entitlement by the pace and purpose of highly taxed staff. Discount coffee is a liability. It looks like McDonald’s paid twice for that coffee. Sorry for everyone else in the line. We all would have bought the full price coffee for her by the time it was over.
