First time visiting this outlet, atmosphere was really good, maybe due to this location which to me maybe a little out of the way, quite quiet and it has a steady stream of people coming and mostly take away.
Order a simple hamburger meal, coffee and fries. Found the coffee was cold, went to the counter and the staff was polite and apologize for the cold coffee, later she came back with hot coffee. The service is good only thing they need to take will be the napkins, ketchup which are out but they started to refill immediately when informed.

Arrived at 8 pm. Me and my small group were the only ones there. Ordered a single milkshake. Waited 20 minutes before I revived my shake. Simply unacceptable service for a fast food restaurant.

Last week I ordered a quarter pounder w/cheese. Tasted like salt was dropped on it not edible. This morning I ordered steak & egg bagel. Super salty. I called & spoke to “the manager “at 9:30 AM who told me that everything is frozen and is preseasoned. The item was not edible to me. Way too salty. her exact words were “we do not season anything here, It’s all preseasoned “ I will contact headquarters to discuss the situation.

Rarely do I go to McDonald’s and expect a amazing meal but damn did they mess up. Surprisingly not busy at 630 at night yet burgers were cold, fries were cold, happy meal was forgotten and still cold once we were brought it out only to not be brought out the chocolate milk that went with it. $35 for a absolute flop of a meal district manager/ owner should be embarrassed of this establishment

Drive through associate was not engaged and had a negative tone to be doing customer service. Food was mashed in the wrapper to the point my family and i didn’t even want to try eating it. The meal we ordered was also short 3 products we ordered and were charged for. We live close to the Mcdonald but have never had a good experience because the thing on just wrote about happen every time we give this mcdonald a chance but it always fails to meet expectations.

This is the slows McDonald’s I’ve been to. I’ve been standing here with 7 other people. Nobody comes to the register. This lady has been standing there for 10 min and nobody helped her. I’m standing here now still waiting. It’s crazy. Go to the next town over and get food there

We go for my daughters happy meals and with it be fast food you think we’d be in and out. Unfortunately no. This happens to be the slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been to with terrible customer service. No one comes to the front registers to see if people need help and when they deliver food they instantly look away and scurry off. They hide behind their wall. I had to speak up for an older gentleman because he was waiting for 20 mins and no one helped. I have to say that the self kiosk is the worst because this promotes this terrible customer service.

All I ordered was an Ice Cream cone through the drive thru. Took over 15 minutes. Once I got the cone, the girl who gave it to me handed it through the window and said “Our ice cream sucks” and shut the window walking away laughing with all the other workers there chuckling. Ice cream was barely an inch above the cone so there was almost nothing there. It wasn’t the wait so much as the interaction with the workers who couldn’t have cared less that there was hardly any ice cream on the cone and walked away before I was able to say anything.

Really really slow service. I was telling someone else about it and they said just use the drive through and then go in and eat. Food was good, just had to wait about 10 minutes for our order.
