It’s McDonald’s what can you say about it. I went through the drive thru and the cashier was not very pleasant, at all. She acted as though I was interrupting her day and it was such a chore for her to take my money. The lady handing out the food was very nice. She looked at you and thanked you and said have a nice day.

My daughter loves McDonald’s french fries! I think the food is, well, McDonald’s.The drive thru has multiple places to order and they have never mixed up my order. The inside looks good. Bathrooms are okay.

We ordered a 20 piece nugget with two medium fries and all of our food was cold. The nuggets look like they were cooked at lunch and left in the warmer…I have worked at mc Donald’s years ago and these are DEFINITELY older than hour. Gross. Next time just tell your customers there’s a wait. I’m just glad our drinks were just like the rest of our order

The service at this location is absolutely atrocious. On our most recent trip they forgot multiple items we purchased, some of which we didn’t realize until we got home. After being ignored by two employees I was able to get the milk they forgot for the happy meal which shows how much this location cares about customer service.

Over the years whenever I have come here which I have lessened since, cristina has never been nice or patient with my orders. I have found hair multiple times over the years ( I know it was hers a while ago because it was colored. Her hair is now shorter but in the past I’ve had multiple times multiple hairs. Today I received a sprite with multiple hairs INSIDE the sprite which was DISGUSTING. She has a wig on today which I don’t know how sanitary that is with all the sprays and items people use on them. Not saying it was hers however I was not pleased to see many hairs in my drink. Doenst matter whose it is it’s disgusting. Cristina also made an inappropriate remark towards me which I was extremely uncomfortable with.
