sunday, march 1, the lady at the window had a bad attitude and got mad at us for asking her a question about if they still had spicy nuggets. she was very disrespectful. it doesn’t matter what kind of day your having, you’re not supposed to talk to people like that. i worked in fast food and never treated people with disrespect like that.

This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. It took almost an hour to get through a drive through line with 4 cars in front of us. Seriously. We were trapped in the line because there is no way out until you actually get your food. We ordered and when we got to the window a rude child say “that ain’t on hea”. The manager came up and they took my card for payment and then set it by the drawer after they scanned it. Fast-forward 10 minutes they hand me 3 drinks only one had ice, all of them at various degrees of running out of syrup. Another 5 minutes they rudly push my food out of the window “here” and close the window without giving back my card. I literally had to knock on the window and ask for my card they also didn’t give me a recipt. When we got home we realized they had kept one nugget from each of the 3 orders. Literally everything in the bag was cold and dry. Also they only filled the fries up half way. I wish I would have just gone next door to raising canes and I don’t even like their chicken.

The staff at this particular location is horrible. They have no customer service skills at all . I have attempted to patronize this location twice and both times my experience has been horrible leading to no food. The 1st time I just drove away from the drive up because of the way I was spoke to with no common courtesy whatsoever. Today I attended to go back an immediately was told at the drive up that they had no eggs . It’s not what was said it’s how it was said . I blame it on the leadership. If they were being taught how to give great customer service then that’s exactly what they would be doing . HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

The night shift staff manager with glasses is very unprofessional and rude. I was kicked out wrongfully and very against policy.i wasn’t able to finish my food properly. Instead of locking the doors she told me I had to go because it was 10aclock. Ik the policy and that was completely wrong, anga policy and very rude. I’m a frequent customer at this store because I work near and the way I was treated was very disrespectful.

IDK but they need to hire another person because I went into Wendy’s at about 7:15 Sunday night and only 1 young lady was handling the drive thru and another one must have been on a break but talking on her phone. I don’t believe it should matter whether you’re on a break or not. You’re supposed to get off your break and come help customers. Because the lady working the drive-thru asked me if I could wait until she finished working the drive-thru before I could order. But when I found out they didn’t have frosties, I left. The starving for business two customers walk in and this girl couldn’t even get off the phone and help the other girl or the customers shame on you girl whoever you are. So Wendy’s you need to fix your frosty machine and get better people working there one that don’t want to just talk on their phones all day and not help customers. I don’t care she was on a break she didn’t have nothing important to do your customers are the most important thing in a business so please hire some better people and FIX YOUR FROSTY MACHINE PLEASE!!!

Haven’t been here in a while due to bad management, so I ordered my food at 925pm the young chick ask if I can pull back after paying, so I did which was no problem. The problem was when I asked if I can get a fresh drink due to me waiting the ice melted in my drink, she looked at me and 8 asked was that a problem she specifically said yes and I’m like really, so she started making my drink I pulled off and said don’t worry about it. The nighttime so call manager with dreads, NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS WENDY’S EVER AGAIN!!!!

Unfortunately I have to writ this review STAY AWAY from this Wendy’s, some of the workers at this location were polite, but bad customer service, lazy and it was so bad I told the worker that I didn’t even want the order I was called back to the restaurant for 89 cents when I ordered 3 cookies one of the girls dropped it and didn’t even apologize, this place is outdated, NASTY flys around the cash register the owner should be dealt with and the workers fired !!! for a despicable place!!!

This morning I order a breakfast chicken meal with cheese instead I received egg not the cheese nd my mother bit into it and choke she can’t eat eggs first of all the lady at the window who took the order was very unprofessional with a nasty attitude she dark with tracks in her hair and it made her uglier than she is already with that attitude she making y’all look bad and I don’t appreciate eggs being on my mother sandwich and when I call no answer
