Customer-facing staff was great, but I bit into my burger and thought maybe I got a stale pickle, NOPE! A whole sticker was INSIDE my burger and I had to pull it out of my mouth. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable, as someone who has worked in the food service industry I’m normally pretty forgiving but I’ve also NEVER seen something like this. Tried calling but of course they didn’t answer their phone, so I am left to leave this google review while my lunch is ruined and I do not have the time to go elsewhere to get a sanitary meal.

gets so many simple things wrong. just went and asked for a cup of ice. the screen said ice only and my receipt says ice only. instead for a cup of water with no ice. employees have literally made my girlfriend cry over incorrect directions they gave her. worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. one star is too high. would give this location negative stars if i could.

we asked for spicy pepper sauce and the manager yells at us saying “we don’t give out our pepper sauce, you can have Buffalo”. As a former McDonald’s employee there is a spicy pepper sauce button that charges .70 cents for a cup that we were more than willing to pay for. Rude manager, disgusting atmosphere here. Manager was also yelling about the orders that were coming through. Doesn’t seem very happy.

Food is always good here. But, while waiting for food to be served, kitchen staff were swearing loudly. I was with my 5y/o son and didn’t super appreciate that he was hearing that language. We weren’t the only ones in the restaurant, so I’m surprised this type of conversation was tolerated by management.

They need to pay there employees and treat us like customers instead of cattle. There is no one to take your order. If you don’t know how to use the tablet too bad. Both my mother and I man in front of us did not get a receipt so we didn’t know the number of our orders. They were annoyed and did not answer the help button for over 14 minutes before I went up to them (all employees were in a hectic loud back kitchen area). They told us our order numbers but it was another 6 minutes for it to come out. Stop replacing real workers with machines. The employees and customers deserve better.

Location was fairly busy. It was quicker to order on the kiosk than from an employee. I had the fish sandwich. I think I was just unlucky this day as the fish was really overcooked.

I placed an order thru the app. My order was missing drink I said excuse me 3 times I got an employee who said I’m busy and walked away. I eventually got my drink after waiting an additional 5 mins when a girl said Jay’s is still here and I had to say excuse me again and explain it was missing the drink. I am a store manager myself not for the company and if my employees treated customers like that, i would not be to happy at all. This is a place of customer service and that’s not what I received today. I also received similar service last week and also received the wrong item I still took it and ate it cause they were busy. Ok some ppl have bad days but this is the second time I’ve gone here in a row and they have _______up .

Buns were dryer than a summer day Arizona. STALE! Whole cheeseburger was dry and bland. Language barrier was bothersome in the fact that someone was taking orders and speaking tongue but then asking me to repeat myself several times..
