Wait 40 mins for my order. Literally 15 orders prepared before mine was. The issue is organization. The kid who was getting my order together had to move to take orders from customers who came in. The girl who came back in from handing out orders to drivers then took my food and bagged it for other orders. This then caused a situation where my food had to be remade… retraining of management and other employees is a must at this place. It is like this every time I go in there, which isn’t going to happen again. I will find a MD owned by someone else, clearly this owner only likes to collect money and not provide service. When you are paying $8 for a greasy breakfast sandwich, you can’t skimp on service. We don’t pay those prices because the food is good. We want it quickly. You wont get that here.

You know the best part of ordering food from here is nothing, nothing! I just ordered a large fry which was almost $5 by the way and when I checked it it looked like a small size fry in a big container, it was ridiculous!! Never again! Do better!

Everytime I go there, something is wrong with my order. It’s the closest to my house in walking distance. If you order it plain, it comes loaded and always have to go back in cause I have allergies with red dye which is in ketchup. I order food for my aunt and they give me someone else’s whole order.

Took 10 minutes from ordering on kiosk to food being delivered to the table. No wait ahead of us, other than drive-thru. Worker who delivered it didn’t say a word…just set it down. Also, no soda machine here to refill your drinks…! I’ve never encountered that in a fast food place before.

Not sure what happen to this location 15 mins just to get to speaker even tho is only like 7 cars in line then another 10 mins or so to get your food and this is a good day they could be slower. Good thing they open the mexican spot in the plaza now thats fast food went to fiesta after 10 mins waiting in line. Came out and the car in front of me had just gotten to speaker smh.
