Lady at front counter was brash and rude. Kitchen was slow on a seemingly dead morning. Also didn’t even fill my cup for a drink I paid for.Also missing two items from bag didn’t bother going back in.

It was okay! The only thing I didn’t like was waiting for them to process some kind of takeout service when I’m standing right there I get it but then again I don’t but I’m just waiting for a chicken meal and they’re doing a bunch of delivery orders ahead of me and be honest chicken there wasn’t that good but okay.

The customer service was horrible and they were all moody. asked them to remake the fries and they just put it back in the oil and gave it to us and we asked for the nuggets to be well done. and it’s barely even done. cold food and shown that it was already prepared and just reheated.

First off, service is Great! Low review comes from the fact that nearly everyday the bagels are stale and hard as rocks. Almost like wasting $6 on an inedible stale breakfast that goes into the trash immediately. I get this item numerous times a week and 85% of the time its the same. Update: After not receiving my coffee, I went to retrieve my coffee (after attempting to call but no one answered). The dining room is suppose to open at 7am, as it says on their door. I was there at 7am and waited about 10 minutes outside the door, along with several other people. The employees would pass by the door and stare at us as they passed. Boooooo!

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience my son and his friends had at this McDonald’s today around 4 pm. My son accidentally dropped his fries, and instead of showing any understanding or professionalism, one of the workers yelled at him and kicked him and his friends out of the restaurant.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Accidents happen, especially with kids, and a good employee would have handled the situation with patience and basic customer service, maybe even offered to replace the fries. Instead, this worker chose to embarrass and scold my son as if she were his parent.
I expect McDonald’s staff to treat customers, especially children, with respect and understanding. Management needs to address this situation immediately, because no one should be treated that way for a simple mistake.

Somehow, this McDonald’s has messed up my order every single time I go there. It ranges each time from small things like not giving me any straws or leaving mayonnaise on my burger when explicitly told not to, to literally forgetting the bottom bun (how do you even do that???) or serving extremely raw food. The only good thing about this place is the convenient location and the employees are sometimes sweet. If I had the choice, I would go to a different location every time. Would not recommend.

Located in McGrath highway somerville . It shares thesame complex as star market. Its an efficient fast food place for a good and quick bite . There’s usually a busy drive through on the weekends but they are fast and reliable and get you your orders in time . Theres also a large parking lot for cars if you prefer ordering inside. This particular branch is open for 24 hrs . I highly recommend.

Sad McDonald’s is so expensive nowadays. $30 for burgers and fries for 3 people. Got our order home and the Happy Meal box was empty, just the apple slices were in there. Disappointing.
