The experience could have been better. The lady taking orders wasn’t very welcoming—no greeting, just a head nod and a quick “What would you like?” which felt impersonal. It would have been nice to have a friendly “hello” or some kind of welcome.
The menu was extensive, and I might have missed some details, but I didn’t expect avocado to be automatically added to the tacos. Traditionally, tacos are served with cilantro and onion, with extras like salsa or guacamole being optional. My husband doesn’t like guacamole, so it wasn’t a pleasant surprise to find it on the tacos.
On the positive side, the burritos had good flavor, though nothing particularly special stood out. The quesabirrias were the best of everything we ate! Highly recommend. Lastly, a note to the management: the bathroom had a leak, and one corner had a puddle of water, which made the floor quite slippery, especially when mixed with soap.

The food was ice cold and when I brought it to there attention I could see the cook get pissed off like it was My fault he can’t reheat meat. I never come to this one and now I’m reminded of why. Then when we got our remade order it was barely warm. Food trucks have warmer mean and there cooking in a truck.

The food is great. The weekday deal combo is a great value. We love the food. The service isn’t bad, but I have been witness to some “meh” customer service while dining inside. Overall, it’s pretty authentic SoCal style Mexican food and a good value.

Steak fries! Or fish or shrimp tacos. Asada Burrito, or carne fajitas burrito. Ooo or Idaho fries. All on the list of top choices for us, with some horchata! Ingredients taste way fresher than other drive thru places.

They need to take that sign down, lying about being San Diego’s best burritos. It was like a wet diaper. Even the deer outside didn’t like it.

Full meat burrito. Get the carne asada burrito. No fillers, all good. Quite for the most part. Does have a drive through.

I gave this place another chance and again was disappointed. I ordered a chimechanga with ground beef. I received a burrito with shredded beef and a taco. The beef is dry and has chunks of fatty gristle in it. The taco was oily and cold. The beans are hard and congealed in the dish. The rice was mush and lacked flavor. This meal was gross and not at all what I ordered. This has happened every time I come here. I need to learn my lesson and not come back. It’s not worth the 12.00 dollars I was charged!!!
I was very disapointed with my meal. I didn’t recieve what I ordered and there was sour cream all over the outside of the box. I thought at first there wasn’t any silverware included, until I opened the box and they were inside buried in the guacamole and sour cream. It was a total mess. My meal was cold, soggy and tasted weird. I ate a few bites and tossed the rest. By the next day my stomach was tied in knots and didn’t feel good. I won’t be eating here again. The food and service has really gone down hill in the last year.

It’s a nice restaurant it was clean brightly-lit festive. The guy at the cashier stand didn’t really know what he was doing though. I tried the mojarra which is a new item on their menu I’m assuming it’s for the season of Lent but it was delicious hard to eat but it was good. Service was reasonably paste took about 10 15 minutes for me to get my food I dined in it was good.
