I was so excited to go to McDonald and get myself my favorite mago smoothie. Image my disappointment when I get home and notice that my tropical, fruity smoothie was mixed with what seems to be an Oreo McFlurry. Clearly they use one machine for all smoothies/milshakes/mcflurries but at least have the decency and common cleanliness to wipe the mixer down before the next use? They didn’t even try to hide their mistake and left the lid dirty with Oreo crumbs and you can clearly see some of those crumbs in my drink. Very disappointed.

I have ordered delivery on several occasions and every single time, something is missing or wrong. Sometimes, i’ll order two meals and only get half fries for one meal. This is ridiculous. I know it’s not the delivery driver because the bags come sealed. I work in fast food So I know these mistakes make no sense to make. Sometimes, we’ll get someone else’s food in our bag. It’s not that hard to at least make sure we have our fries. I am so done with this McDonalds.

I usually order coffee around 5 in the morning before and I don’t kno why it bothers when I ask if they can please stir the sugar since I’m driving . I get an attitude 9/10 yesterday coffee was cold today the cup wasn’t filled dramatically no sugar was added and yesterday it was cold. They never read the instructions on how you want your order. If I ask for extra on a burger then add the extra. Especially if I paid for that extra. Learn to read the screen.

Not a fan of this one. Smells like legit sewer gas when you walk in. Can’t have a cup of water with the coffee I purchased, have to buy water at soda prices. Asked for fresh fries, got soggy old ones. Yuck.

Bad customer service, the workers are rude for no reason as soon as u start ordering they give u attitude, they never get any orders rights and the lettuce always looks bad and rotten, also have seen some rodents while inside waiting on a doordash order. Worst mcdonald’s in lynn hands down
