Ugh. Decided to go here instead of Burger King, should have went to Burger King! Crispy McChicken was served in a BAG with nothing but 4 pickles on it, needless to say, chicken was no longer crispy after being in bag and dry as a desert. Fries,(which are usually my favorite) were stale and cold. Only took me 3 minutes to get home, never should have been as cold as if they had been in fridge. Only thing that was good was the service. Shame McDonalds.

I should have drove the extra mile to BURGER KING!!!!! Stopped in for a meal to give to a couple of homeless people. I was so disappointed (and so was the child) to find the kids fries were missing. The lid also came off the orange juice.

I asked for my receipt after paying for my food. The lady gave me a funny look and said then you’ll have to pull over in the wait spot, why?????? Just give me my receipt. I said forget it.

You would think for someone who works in the service industry, they would have the skills to treat customers with professional respect, acknowledgment and understanding. Last night 12/17/22 at approx. 9pm we had an employee who took our order, who from the start was short and cutting you off as you tried to think of what everyone wanted for a late dinner after driving 3 hours. Pulling up to the window the same lady who took our order opened the window with not even a smile on her face and a look of discontent- handed us our food and closed the window again with a short you’re welcome after nicely saying thank you. I had my friend try her fries before we left because we all know that they could be sitting there for hours (the amount of money being charged at McDonald’s nowadays is outrageous) anyways they were cold and stale. We politely waited and the same lady came to the window and we asked for new fries stating they were cold. She proceeded to roll her eyes pulling them out of my hand. She said to another employee “they say it’s cold” with a sarcastic tone. As she came to the window and told us to pull forward, I asked her why she was being short and had an attitude with us. She said I’m not and just pull forward, then slammed the window closed, shaking her head. I ask you grinchy Karen why you treat your customers like this when all we wanted were fresh fries and rightfully so. Ps. The burger was cold and the bun was hard and cold mind you, but this is again why we don’t do fast food/ get another job people where you don’t have to serve the community. Merry Christmas!
