Love fuji food but will never be back to this location. Both waitress were too busy talking to do their jobs. Couldn’t get refills. Had to get up to ask for a for a drink. I’ll make the drive to boiling springs great service & yummy food.

If I could give it a zero stars I would. The only positive experience I had was the customer service. I come to this location for less of a drive but from now on until things change I will drive to any other Fuji’s location no matter how far.. whenever they first opened this restaurant the food was great now It’s so dry and tough.. I couldn’t even finish my full meal.. I feel sick! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone at this point and time…

I’ll say the hibachi stuff was absolutely delicious and the rolls of sushi were MASSIVE! The only reason for the 4-star rating is because the prices, like food everywhere else these days, are far too high, which is about why this place hardly gets any form of service.

I have been here many times and have been happy with my food. But today I went and ordered two of the Fuji special combos for dinner and the food,when I got it home, was food that had been sitting pre-cooked and was not made to order. I ordered my steak medium rare,it was well done, everything else the chicken, shrimp and scallops were way overcooked and had been sitting pre-cooked before I got there, it was obvious. I called the restaurant and spoke with the owner and expressed my unhappiness at the quality of my food, this was at 8:48 p.m. at night when I made my phone call and he wanted me to come back with the food while we had already started eating it that’s why we noticed it was not good, and I live 15 minutes away. I told him I wasn’t bringing the food back because they close at 9:00 and I didn’t want to spend my time and gas money for him to re-cook it and me have to eat at 10:00 at night. Obviously he had to know the food he was serving was food that had been cooked prior to my arriving but he proceeded to start telling me something about his health which I didn’t understand the relevance of that but anyway he was not willing to do anything for me other than have me waste my time and gas money to bring food back that should have been right the first time and that he knew that he served that was overcooked. Eventually our conversation ended with him hanging up on me. I personally do not plan on visiting this location again.

So gross… I’ve eaten at other Fuji locations and enjoyed it. I’ve tried this one a few times and it has always been a disappointment! No flavor other than dried up chicken and hard rice. The carrots are always icky. Not giving it another chance.
