Always very clean. Everyone is always nice and polite. I stop here frequently. It’s nice to use the McDonald’s app. And save a little money. Make sure you call the 800 number on the back of your receipt to get a free sandwich.

Second worse McDonalds in town. Another embarrassment to the franchise owner. Slow service. The self order kiosk never works. So you wait in front of the register. After 5 to 6 minutes, a worker comes over. If there is more than 2 people in line, they will take 2 orders and go to the back. After another 5 to 6 minutes then they will come back and take 2 more orders. If you order a soda, you have to ask for your cup, even though they just took your order. They forget it if you had a special order (like extra onions or no pickles) cause they never get it right and it takes forever. It just a horrible experience.

The doubled drive thru is the worst thing they’ve EVER come up with! It’s so chaotic all the time and most other patrons are rude with rotation.. Its just a nightmare. I will NEVER go to another double drive thru with both occupied. It gets worse every time

Worst one in Chicopee. Avoid this one at all cost. I moved here a couple of months ago and had it a few times since unpacking keeps me from cooking a lot. Every time the fries were awful, they tasted as if they were warmed up after sitting all day. On top of that, I always ask for extra sauce on my burgers. They intentionally put less than a dime size twice. Not to mention, all of our burgers were overcooked that they looked like they were also microwaved. I try to give the restaurants a chance, but this one I will scratch off my list of going here.
