I’ve been working in the area for the past 4 years. At first the service was quick and accurate. For the past two months the service has been EXTREMELY SLOW and when I’ve gotten my order it’s been all wrong. They always forget something or make the sandwiches ALL WRONG. I normally wouldn’t complain but the service has been really bad. I see people just leaving from the drive thru, including myself when there is just one car in line. I have attached a picture of what’s supposed to be a steak egg and cheese on a bagel.
Went there a second time a week later still same kind of service The girl at the window was on her cell phone and they gave me another sandwich that was not what I ordered I don’t know who the manager is there but they need to train their workers better and show them how to do a correct sandwich it doesn’t take a lot.
Also the coffee cup lids don’t stay on and if they are on it leaks every time you take a sip. Law suit waiting to happen.

This is gotta be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Absolutely nobody in the drive-through and I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to answer the drive-through speaker on top of that when I receive my food it was absolutely disgusting. Bread was still food was cold fries were cold in the soda machine tasted like water mix with cola. It was absolutely disgusting and I will never ever be back here. This place needs to be shut down.

Its called fast food for a reason but a majority of times you order and your told to pull forward and wait about 5-10 mins for then to bring it out. Ive never made a post before today but having to pull forwsrd for small fries and plain double cheeseburger seems absolutly insane to me. Dont take more orders if backed up enough you need multiple people to pull forward. You willing killing your public view on your service.

Upsetting how terribly slow the service is, especially for being just off the highway. I have ordered on the app and waited 20 minutes with no one else in the drive thru for nuggets and McChicken. They must cook one nugget and one fry at a time at this location. Always being parked or asked to pull ahead to wait. The people aren’t rude, but it’s definitely not “fast food”

I’m not sure how you can fail to mix coca cola properly but this places has tasted like watered down dish water for months. When they hand it to you it’s see through like iced tea. Maybe they are trying to cut corners but like… Soda syrup isn’t that much. Gross

As a regular: Getting out of work at breakfast times, the girl that takes my order on any weekday along with the rest of the crew do a great job with keeping things flowing. Personally never had any complaints and a big thank you! On the other hand, dinner hours are a big hit or miss. Tend to avoid the place after 5pm

The floors and very greasy! The lady’s bathroom smells nasty like sewage. It does not matter the time of day it always smells bad! I no longer use the restroom or eat there. The smell is out in the dining area near the rest rooms.

Cold stale buns on MC chicken and big Mac.. No salt on fries. No mayo on MC chicken. Apparently they now put tomato on the MC chicken. No napkins. No receipt. 16 minutes in drive thru with 4 cars ahead of me after using app. Total garbage. Do better!

We waited at the drive thru speaker at 6pm with nobody in line for 5 minutes, and despite me politely saying hello, no answer. I walked in then to check if they were open, and they were. When I told them about the drive thru, the lady just rolled her eyes and said “oh no I’m sorry.”

Ordered a large French fries through the mobile app. Came up to the window and they told me to pull up and I waited 15 minutes for a single large fries order. When it finally came they messed it up by not doing extra salt
