This was my first time trying this place. I went through the drive through at first, because online it said they had drive through. This is NOT the case. They don’t have an actual drive through, just a pick up window. I think they should probably clarify that on their website. On to the food now. I got the McAlister’s Club sandwich. It was certainly a lot of food. And it didn’t taste bad, however I wasn’t thinking this is the best sandwich ever either. It was a good club sandwich at best but not great. The only detractor was that I had asked for extra tomatoes and it didn’t appear to have any extra tomato. Just the regular amount. The fruit cup was good. It was a decent amount. Overall, it was too expensive for what I got. I’m giving it 4 stars because the food was decent and the staff was very friendly.

Super nice sandwich was nicely made and tasted great. They over heard me say that I didn’t getting a pickle so they brought me over additional ones. Only negative was fruit didn’t look too appealing but looks like it was the frozen kind not freshly prepared

I love this place, always clean and service is excellent. My favorite sandwich is the Italian and it was huge. The broccoli chedar soup is good too. And if you have room the chocolate cheescake is delicious!!

Employee gave away my food to a supposed Uber driver. My “Online order placed for pickup”. General manager looks inconvenienced to have to make another sandwich. Not even an apology. Employees just looked annoyed. Deleting my members club account. Won’t be coming here any longer

Only 1 or 2 pieces of cucumber in a very tomato-heavy Cucumber Salad. SO MUCH dressing on the sandwich it oozed everywhere, making for a very sloppy eating experience. When fulfilling my pickup order, they forgot to give me my desserts. I traveled 25 minutes to get there and I’m never going back. Don’t waste your time or money here.
