I love this location the staff is nothing short of amazing! I see V almost every weekend and I know when I see her it’s gonna be a good day! The managers Sam and Paige are also so good to me every visit. SHOUT OUT TO SAM SHE’S ALWAYS WORKING THE FLOOR AND BEHIND THE SCENES. I love the quickness that comes with getting my order, it always hits just right. I don’t know what I love more the food or the staff but I’m here for it!

Every time I go to this McAlisters I have to ask to have my sandwich double toasted. It says on the menu that is is toasted, but never is. I make a big deal about it when I order. I have spoken to the assistant manager and she said the toaster was broken. They told me they just got a new toaster this last week. I still can’t get it toasted. I always have to send it back. When I send it back they sometimes toast it, sometimes don’t toast it, sometimes burn it, other times toast it with the veggies still on it.
I keep saying I need to leave a review. This McAlisters is bad. All the others are good. Today I had to send it back and I told them to remake it and don’t toast the avocado. I got it back burned with the avocado on the side. My spoon for my soup was also filthy and covered in food from the person that used it before me.

The line looked very long but the staff worked to get everyone through more quickly than expected. Impressively, the food came out to our table even faster. I had just put my straw in my cup and it was there. Fresh, hot, and delicious. A few team members stopped by to check in and offer refills. Very good service and food today!

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the decline in service quality at the McAlister’s Deli Weatherford location over my most recent visits. This location was my first introduction to McAlister’s, as my very first visit to the brand occurred here approximately four weeks ago. While those initial two visits were excellent and left a positive impression, the subsequent experiences have been increasingly disappointing.
During my visit yesterday, I requested a club sandwich with turkey only, yet the order was prepared with ham instead. Additionally, despite placing an order totaling $72 and specifically asking for different dressings only one dressing was provided. The individual taking the order, Zac, appeared noticeably distracted, which may have contributed to the inaccuracies.
I attempted to give the location another opportunity to meet expectations. Rebeka took my order today, during which I clearly requested both blueberries and strawberries on two salads. Unfortunately, the blueberries were omitted from both salads, and neither salad contained chicken. The dressing provided was also incorrect. Furthermore, the overall hospitality during this visit was lacking.
Given that this was my fourth visit to this location and considering that only the first two visits met the standard I would expect from McAlister’s it is disappointing to observe such inconsistency in both service and order accuracy.
As this location served as my initial experience with the brand, the recent decline has been particularly discouraging and has made me hesitant to continue visiting this establishment when in town.

The customer service here is incredible! Carla helped us navigate the menu and make some incredible selections. The Brookie (brownie + cookie) was my absolute favorite. YUM! Kendrick brought out our meal to the table and even gave us a treat for being first time guests! Rick came around periodically to make sure we had full drinks and anything else we needed.
The food was fresh and delicious! The French dip and potato salad were fantastic. Highly recommend checking out McAlister’s Deli if you haven’t yet!

My family came here on Easter Sunday before noon and wow! The last time we came we had excellent service but today everyone went above and beyond.
For starters the place was very clean and the staff was smiling and friendly from the moment we walked in. They were patient while we decided what to eat and made conversation and connected with us as their guests.
They all we’re working hard and enjoying each other’s company the entire time we were there.
Eddy made sure the lobby was spotless and was out on the floor cleaning the whole time we were there! He was quick to grab our plates when we finished.
Rick came to check on us and noticed one of our sandwiches wasn’t as perfect as it should’ve been. We weren’t going to fuss about it since it was edible. He went and talked to the kitchen and came back with the same sandwich made correctly this time and apologized on their behalf. He also was prompt at getting to go boxes and so polite!
Honestly as a company if you had a clone machine I would recommend getting a Rick for all of the Mcalister’s locations. Overall we had a wonderful lunch and will be returning in the near future!

I’m hoping that I just went on a REALLY BAD DAY! Yes the food was really good, service was good, however, I was a little scared to eat it. When I first walked in, the floor was filthy. It even had a cigarette butt on the floor next to the counter. I chalked that up to it being a windy day, after I started eating, I went to the bathroom which was disgusting. On my way back I noticed the rest of the restaurant was dirty, I didn’t get pictures of the backs of the chairs but here are some others. I will not be back.
