Absolutely terrible service, went around 11:15am before the lunch crowd rush ordered my wife and I’s food. Took 30-45 minutes to get our food only for it to be cold. No apology for the wait, employee said I have been looking for you when she definitely did not walk around to look. Will not be back at this location.

I went in to have a quick lunch at this new location. The exterior of the building is very nice and well-kept. Walking in, there is no warm welcome or greeting. I order from the menu with the employee at the front counter and she seemed annoyed that I decided to dine in instead of takeout. I go to the restroom to wash my hands, but no paper towel or napkin is available. I receive my food from another employee who abruptly gave me my order while somewhat slamming it down on the table. During the 20ish minutes I stayed here, I can overhear employees in the kitchen communicating and exchanging profanities more than once. Unacceptable service, unfriendly atmosphere, and mediocre food.

I normally love thos place.. but our restaurant in Broussard Louisiana is having some issues. They are taking way too long to serve everyone. And messing up on orders. The line to pick up already paid for food was like 4 cars deep and I sat there for 10 minutes which is ridiculous. This has happened before cause they don’t have a way to alert the staff that people are outside waiting.

Terrible experience at this location. Went during lunch hour on a Monday to dine in and service was incredibly slow with no warning that service might be slow. Not sure if they were prioritizing drive through customers or if there was a big catering order. As I waited for my food (at least 20 minutes from order to receiving food), I watched several other patrons wait for extended periods.

Food is decent. The service is usually pretty good. Staff is friendly. However management seems to have a twisted perspective on loyalty to customers. Tried parking in their parking lot in the morning and leave my car there until lunch. Planned on eating there. But was confronted by management about parking in their back lot because I wasn’t a customer or staff member. Funny thing about it is that I am a customer. I eat there all the time. I guess someone just needed to have an overwhelming sense of authority. Well done and hat tipped. You just lost a customer. Put up some signs about after hours parking.

Hands down the best Ice tea. If you love Ice tea this is the place to get your fill. It’s brewed perfectly. (No bitter after taste) My daughter and I each had the baked potato and sandwich special. ( half a potato and half a sandwich) you can also get soup or nachos( which looked really good) the portion sizes were generous.

Nope! Definitely, dissatisfied with my carryout order today. Ordered the Giant Chipotle Chicken & Bacon Spud (usually my favorite) customized; no green onions, add: avocado, sour cream, extra butter, cheddar cheese & chipotle ranch. Arrived to be told they were out of cooked/warmed potatoes and that it would be an additional 10 – 15 minute wait time – OK – I patiently waited. Circled back to the drive-up window (for the 3rd time) and received a small bag with 1/2 of my potato and the dessert I ordered. Bewildered, I said, this can’t be right, the potato container used to be larger than this! The person at the window shrugged and said, “That’s it, then told me to hold on and went to make/retrieve the other 1/2 of my potato. Halfway back to the office, I noticed there was no chicken or bacon on either half. Tried calling the restaurant three times, but the phone just rang. Turned around and went back to get my order corrected. I told the person at the window they forgot to put the meat on the potato, to which they stated, “Normally, it tells us to put chicken strips, etc. and it didn’t have that on the slip.” I explained what my online order showed. Needless to say, the manager corrected my order and apologized, but it was obvious that even she was confused by what I had received. Unfortunately, not worth my $24.00. Note: I would have preferred to give a rave review, but oh well… 🙁
