On 2/3/26 I ordered a large wing platter for a Super Bowl party. That’s 4 days in advance. On Super Bowl Sunday – 30 minutes before the wings were due to arrive I receive a text stating my order has been cancelled. I called Wing Stop and they told me they are out of wings! What?? First of all, you’re Wing Stop, that’s all you do is wings, how are you out. Secondly, I ordered 4 days in advance – how Ridiculous!
Thank goodness for Crocketts! They came through in a pinch. Wings were delicious and on time.

Went here on 4/3/24, ordered 10piece bone in combo. People ordered after me received their food before me, so I waited without complaining just sat there for about 15 minutes and left with my order once it was ready. Get home to eat and find 6 of the 10 wings drastically overcooked and way over seasoned!! I had to wipe off the seasoning from the 4 good wings and it was still too salty/seasoned. (I ordered hot honey) they were so cooked that the meat was like jerky. Ended up throwing them away and only ate half the fries because they were also over seasoned! For reference.. I love flavor and salt so if I’m complaining just know they were really bad!!! Wasted nearly $30 to basically eat season all with ranch. So extremely disappointing. Do not support this place or at least do not order from delivery app. They are taking advantage of app driver and make them prepare drinks when they pick up the food to deliver. Not only that this is illegal, driver do not have food handler license and imagine where those hands been all day. They do not have an access to bathroom every time they need it.

wing stop location at once-twice weekly since open. There have been NUMEROUS times we’ve placed an order, only to get home and realized they messed it up (wrong sauces, not including ranch, missing fries) however, tonight I sent my partner to pick up a (late night) boneless wing & veggies order. I ate two pieces of chicken and noticed the third tasted odd. I looked down and the chicken was RAW. And disgustingly id already eaten half of it. When we called whoever the man was whom answered told us we needed to bring it back SAME night, for him to provide a refund. He could clearly hear by 11month old who had woken up for a night feed in the background crying, but still demanded it had to be brought back same night. I told him I could send a picture or return in the morning. But my partner loaded made the drive.
. No excuse for ever serving raw meat. And the hoops we had to jump through to prove it was raw, crazy. Like who tries to scam a $18 wing stop meal?! I always try to give grace to the service workers, but this was just the worst experience. Go to the one at the Renton Landing or Kant Station. Food is much better.

every time I come here the food is barely seasoned. I asked for extra seasoning and I rarely get it. the workers are nice but someone please put more seasoning on the fries and chicken. what’s the point in having that option if it never applies?

3rd and Final Attempt: its not getting any better. Lemon Pepper was over seasoned to the point where I had to toss some of them away. Mean while Korean BBQ was jokingly? underflavored again. took a picture of Korean BBQ from Kent Station in comparison to what this location provides… what a disappointment.
Following Update: Sadly, Monday a following week later I ordered the same order and the Korean BBQ was done incorrectly. Before leaving I opened the container and looked at the chicken and asked them if it looked correct. They stated it did but asked if I wanted it re-sauced. I was then over sauced and cold. I dont know what to say. This really sucks and is a poor representation of what most wing stops generally deliver.
First attempt: Process was seamless just like Kent Station / Tukwila location. Ordered my normal order of Lemon pepper and Korean BBQ. Sadly the Korean BBQ was more dry rub then my normal saucy spicy experience with all other wing stops. Lemon pepper was good. May just be a learning curve with new staff or unlucky. Will try them again in a week or two and updated my review then 🙂

DO NOT COME TO KENT WINGSTOP. I’ve ordered wings online last time I came here and they got my order wrong and gave me boneless wings. I decided to give them another chance and ordered a wing combo (bone-in) and they gave me boneless wings again.

Ordered through the app, arrived was ignored and wait more than 10 minutes while people behind me were helped. It took me speaking up to cancel my order before I was helped. This is another Wingstop I will not be returning to. The food was cold by the time I got home.
