The chicken was so dry and hard it was inedible. We got boneless garlic Parmesan and they tasted like plain chicken nuggets with a little Parmesan sprinkled on. No flavor and no sauce on them. Also ordered regular garlic Parmesan wings and they were so dry and hard. Tasted old and also had no sauce on them. Gross. The other wings we ordered were okay-but not great. Kinda bland and nothing tasted fresh. Some of the meat was just fat/gristle and couldn’t really chew it. Was not impressed with this location and will stick to Kent station.

Y’all when I tell you this is the best wing stop I been to. From customer service to management.. there in there working as a team. But that’s not the best part those lemon pepper wings were hitting and the parmesan was perfect. It was a big order we all know what usually happens when big orders come in their rushed and not good quality.. however here was not the case..

The people at this location are very nice and helpful, but I’m posting a bad review against the chain in general for being misleading about allergy information. They need to include all instances of common allergens on their nutritional facts menu. I found out pretty much everything has soy, but it’s only marked for a few things on the online menu.

Friendly greeting at the door, order was taken in quick fashion and prepared just as quick despite the amount of orders that was being processed. They had a constant flow of customers. The chicken sandwich combo was on point..very good I had the garlic Parm. their gonna give the other places a run for the money. This just may become my new place to eat. The price was very reasonable, right about $10, and I was full.
